Please follow these steps to assemble your STAPLES ST63111 chair:
Step 1: Attach the five Casters (1) to the Base (2).
Step 2: Insert the Gas Lift (3) into the center of the Base (2).
Step 3: Attach the two Arms (7) to the bottom of the Seat (5) using six Yellow Screws (A) with the provided Allen Wrench (E).
Step 4: Attach the Seat Plate (4) to the bottom of the Seat (5) using four Blue Screws (B) with the Allen Wrench (E).
Step 5: Attach the Back (6) to the Seat Plate (4) using three Green Screws (C) with the Allen Wrench (E).
Step 6 (Optional Headrest Assembly): Attach the Headrest (8) to the top of the Back (6) using two Yellow Screws (D).
Finally, place the assembled upper portion of the chair onto the Gas Lift. To secure the seat into the base, sit down on the chair.
