1. Identify the stand components and screws (M5L16).

2. Attach the two stand feet to the main stand base using two screws (M5L16) for each foot. Ensure the screws are tightened to 1.5 N·m {15 kgf-cm}. Refer to the diagrams in Step 2.

3. Carefully lift the TV and align the bottom mounting points with the assembled stand base. Refer to the diagram in Step 3.

4. Secure the TV to the stand base using four screws (M5L16). Refer to the diagram in Step 4.

The recommended tightening torque for the stand screws (M5L16) is 1.5 N·m {15 kgf-cm}.

3. Connect other devices (like Blu-ray players, game consoles, soundbars, USB drives, etc.) to the appropriate ports (HDMI IN, USB, DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (OPTICAL), LAN, S-CENTER SPEAKER IN, Satellite inputs) as shown in the diagram for Step 7 and detailed diagrams *3, *4, *5, *6.

4. Route the cables neatly. For the 77-inch model, use the provided cable ties as shown in Step 9.

The S-CENTER SPEAKER IN port is used to connect a compatible Sony soundbar or AV receiver, allowing the TV’s speakers to act as the center channel in your home theater setup for clearer dialogue. Diagram *3 shows connecting the S-CENTER OUT from a compatible device to the TV’s S-CENTER SPEAKER IN.

HDMI IN port 3 supports eARC/ARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel / Audio Return Channel). This allows audio from the TV (like built-in apps) to be sent back to a connected soundbar or AV receiver through the same HDMI cable. Diagram *4 illustrates this connection.

HDMI IN ports 3 and 4 support 4K 120Hz input signals, suitable for connecting modern game consoles or PCs for high-frame-rate content.

1. Locate the screw hole(s) on the back of the TV intended for securing straps (refer to the diagram in Step 8).

2. Partially screw an M6 machine screw (not supplied) into the TV’s rear screw hole(s). The screw should penetrate 10 mm to 12 mm into the TV.

3. Secure the other end of the strap (not supplied) to a stable wall stud or furniture using appropriate hardware (not supplied).

4. Ensure the strap is taut but does not put excessive strain on the TV or anchor point.

2. Use the provided cable ties (labeled ‘CC’) to bundle the cables neatly, as shown in the diagram for Step 9.

3. For the 77-inch model (*1), attach the larger cable cover as shown in Step 10.

4. Attach the rear panel covers (labeled ‘CD’ and ‘CN’) by sliding and clicking them into place, concealing the ports and cables. Refer to the diagram in Step 11.

1. Slide open the battery cover on the back of the remote control.

2. Insert two AAA batteries (supplied), ensuring you match the (+) and (-) terminals correctly according to the diagram inside the battery compartment.

3. Slide the cover back into place until it clicks.

• For holes near LAN & Satellite ports (*5): Maximum 7 mm.

• For other specified holes (*6): Maximum 14 mm or 12 mm depending on the hole location.

Always use screws appropriate for the VESA mounting bracket and ensure they do not exceed the specified depth into the TV to avoid internal damage.
