– DRILL BIT 4mm
– HINGE PIN 3mm
– PH2 (Phillips head screwdriver)

Please follow these steps to open your SHAD TERRA TR41 case:
1. Insert the key and turn it to the unlocked position.
2. Pull the handle/latch upwards.
3. Lift the lid to open the case.
How do I remove the existing cover from the SHAD TERRA TR41?
To remove the cover from your SHAD TERRA TR41, follow this procedure:
1. Using a PH2 screwdriver, remove the two screws located on the inside of the lid’s hinge assembly.
2. With a 4mm drill bit, carefully drill out the two hinge rivets from the outside of the lid.
3. Use a 3mm hinge pin tool to push the two hinge pins out from their housing.
4. Once the pins are removed, carefully lift the cover off the main case body.
How do I install the new cover on the SHAD TERRA TR41?
To install the new cover on your SHAD TERRA TR41, please perform the following steps:
1. Align the new cover with the hinges on the main case body.
2. Using a PH2 screwdriver, install the two new screws into the hinge assembly from the inside of the lid.
3. Insert the two new hinge pins to secure the cover in place.
