1. Park the vehicle on a firm, level surface and ensure the engine is completely cool.

2. Open the bonnet.

3. Locate the coolant expansion tank. It is a translucent tank, and the level of the pink/lilac coolant should be between the “MIN” and “MAX” markings on the side of the tank.

Topping up the Fluid:

1. If the level is below the “MIN” mark, carefully and slowly turn the cap anticlockwise to release any pressure. Use a thick cloth to protect your hands.

2. Top up with the correct coolant (a mixture of distilled water and G12evo additive) until the level is between the MIN and MAX marks. Do not overfill.

3. Screw the cap on tightly.

If you notice a significant or rapid drop in the coolant level, have the system checked for leaks by a specialist workshop.

For hybrid vehicles with a separate high-voltage cooling circuit, do not top up the coolant yourself; contact a specialist workshop.

Checking the engine oil level regularly helps maintain engine performance and longevity.

Checking the Oil Level:

1. Park the vehicle on a level surface.

2. Run the engine until it reaches operating temperature, then switch it off and wait for about two minutes for the oil to settle in the oil pan.

3. Open the bonnet and locate the oil level dipstick (it will have a colored upper end).

4. Pull the dipstick out, wipe it with a clean cloth, and reinsert it fully.

5. Pull the dipstick out again and check the oil level. The oil mark should be between the upper (A) and lower (C) markings. The ideal range is the middle section (B).

Topping Up Engine Oil:

1. If the level is near or below the lower mark (C), locate the engine oil filler cap (marked with an oil can symbol).

2. Unscrew the cap.

3. Carefully add a small amount of the correct specification engine oil (no more than 0.5 liters at a time).

4. Wait about two minutes and recheck the oil level with the dipstick.

5. Repeat if necessary, but be careful not to overfill. The oil level must never be above the upper area (A).

6. Once the level is correct, screw the filler cap on securely.

After changing the tyre pressure, rotating the wheels, or replacing one or more tyres, you must recalibrate the tyre pressure monitoring indicator.

Calibration Procedure:

1. Ensure all tyres are inflated to the correct pressure for the current load. The correct pressures are listed on a sticker inside the driver’s door frame.

2. Switch the ignition on.

3. Access the calibration function in one of two ways:

• Via the Infotainment System: Navigate to Vehicle info > Vehicle status, then find the tyre pressure monitoring option and select to store the new pressures.

• Via the Instrument Cluster: Navigate to the Service menu and select the option to store the tyre pressures.

Confirm the action to save the new inflation pressures. The system will now monitor the tyres based on these new values.

The Tyre Mobility System (TMS) is used for temporarily sealing small punctures (up to 4 mm) in the tyre tread.

WARNING: Park in a safe location away from traffic before starting.

Sealing the Tyre:

1. Unscrew the tyre’s valve cap.

2. Use the valve insert remover tool from the kit to unscrew and remove the valve core. Place it on a clean surface.

3. Shake the tyre sealant bottle vigorously.

4. Screw the kit’s filler hose onto the sealant bottle. This will break the bottle’s seal.

5. Screw the other end of the hose onto the tyre’s valve.

6. Hold the bottle upside down and squeeze all of its contents into the tyre.

7. Remove the bottle and hose, then screw the valve core back into the tyre valve using the tool.

Inflating the Tyre:

1. Screw the air compressor’s inflation hose onto the tyre valve.

2. Plug the compressor’s 12-volt connector into a power outlet in the vehicle.

3. Start the vehicle’s engine.

4. Switch on the air compressor and inflate the tyre to a pressure of 2.0-2.5 bar (29-36 psi). Do not run the compressor for more than 8 minutes continuously.

5. After inflating, drive immediately for about 10 minutes at a maximum speed of 80 km/h (50 mph) to distribute the sealant.

6. Stop and check the pressure again. If it has dropped below 1.3 bar, do not continue driving and seek professional assistance. If it is 1.4 bar or higher, adjust to the correct pressure and proceed carefully to the nearest workshop.

Changing a wheel requires careful steps to ensure safety. Only perform this task if you are familiar with the procedure and have the necessary tools.

Preliminary Actions:

1. Park on a level, firm surface away from traffic.

2. Apply the electronic parking brake and engage 1st gear (manual) or P (automatic).

3. Switch on the hazard warning lights.

4. Have all occupants exit the vehicle and wait in a safe area.

5. If on a slope, block the wheel diagonally opposite to the one being changed.

6. Get the vehicle tool kit and spare wheel from the luggage compartment.

Changing the Wheel:

1. Remove the wheel cover or bolt caps.

2. Using the wheel wrench, loosen the wheel bolts (including the anti-theft bolt, if applicable) by about one full turn. Do not remove them yet.

3. Locate the jack support point on the vehicle’s underbody nearest to the flat tyre.

4. Position the jack under the support point and raise it until the wheel is slightly off the ground.

5. Unscrew and remove the wheel bolts completely.

6. Take off the wheel.

7. Mount the spare wheel onto the hub.

8. Screw in the wheel bolts and tighten them lightly with the wheel wrench.

9. Carefully lower the vehicle with the jack until the wheel touches the ground.

10. Fully tighten the wheel bolts in a diagonal (star) pattern to the prescribed torque (140 Nm). Have the torque checked with a torque wrench as soon as possible.

11. Replace the wheel cover or bolt caps and store the damaged wheel and tools securely.
