To reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, and personal injury, the RENPHO RF-GM169 must be used as follows:

1. DO NOT reach for an appliance that has fallen into water.

2. DO NOT place in or drop into water or other liquid.

3. DO NOT place or store the device in wet environments or high temperatures.

4. DO NOT drop or improperly use the device, do not remove the screws or attempt to disassemble, do not change or modify the device in any method.

5. DO NOT operate continuously for more than 30 minutes at any given time.

6. Always unplug before cleaning. DO NOT operate or charge the product unattended.

1. The use of non-rated voltage (not DC 13.4V-1A) is prohibited.

2. For adults only, it can be used only on dry parts of the body and clean skin. It can’t be used across clothes.

3. Use the massager only in the soft tissues of the body without causing pain or discomfort; do not use on any hard parts such as bones on the head or the body.

4. Use only massage heads that produce the best results.

5. Whether it is controlled by underground pressure or pressure, it may cause bruises; often check the massage area, you should stop using immediately once it appears with signs of pain or discomfort.

6. Avoid contact with the massage head and the body at the finger, hair or other parts of the body. Beware of pinching.

7. DO NOT press the massage head vigorously during operation.

8. DO NOT use the same part for a long time in a row if you feel unwell, please stop using it immediately.

9. DO NOT repair the massager, or replace parts by yourself. Please contact customer service for any issue.

10. If high temperature or foul odor is experienced while using the product, stop using immediately and unplug the device.

Infants, minors, pregnant women, pacemakers, fractures or metal contents in the body should not use the machine.

This product is also prohibited under the following conditions:

1) Blood stasis

2) Tumor site

3) Heart disease, with a pacemaker or defibrillator

4) If you have experienced joint surgery within 90 days, the product should not be used on the body within 3 inches of the surgical position.

5) Sensitive areas: head, face, cervical vertebrae, spine vertebral body.

6) Positions close to the bone with less muscle coverage: the humerus, the back of the foot, the back of the hand.

Fully charge the massager for 2.5 hours before first use. The massager runs for 4 hours on a full charge.

1. Plug the adapter into the charging port. The VOL indicator will indicate the battery level as follows:

4pcs red lights on (=100%)

3pcs red lights on, 1pc red light flashes (<100%, ≥75%)

2pcs red lights on, 1pc red light flashes (<75%, ≥50%)

1pc red light on, 1pc red light flashes (<50%, ≥25%)

1pc red light flashes (<25%, ≥0-5%)

2. Unplug the AC adapter from the massager and from the electrical outlet after it is fully charged.

3. The battery must be recharged when stored for three months.

Note: The massager is designed to work with battery only. It will not work when the AC adapter is connected.

1. Select one massage head and rotate the head until it is fully inserted into the host.

2. Press the head direction button and choose a desired direction. It has 5 options to choose from.

3. Turn on the power button and the electricity volume will be shown as a red light on the screen display. Note that if you don’t do anything in one minute, the device will turn off and you will hear a sound. You have to press the power button again to restart it.

4. Press the speed button to change the speed. It cycles through speeds 1, 2, 3, 4, and then off.

5. The ‘VOL’ indicator lights show the battery level during use:

4pcs LED lights are on for the ‘VOL’ when fully charged.

3pcs LED lights are on when the battery level is below 75%.

2pcs LED lights are on when the battery level is below 50%.

1pc LED light is on when the battery level is below 25%.

When the battery level is below 10%, 1 indicator light flashes; please charge it.

6. To turn off the massager, press the power button when using it.

A. The massager is designed with a 15-minute auto shut-off after continuous running.

B. When you want to change the massage head, please turn off the device first.

C. All indicator lights are red.

D. Each press comes with one “beep” sound.

E. When charging, the buttons do not respond.

M & L Ball Head: Suitable for bulk muscle groups such as arms and thighs.

Flat Head: Suitable for all parts of the body.

Fork Head: Suitable for the neck, spine, and Achilles.

Bullet Head: Suitable for the joint, deep tissue massage, and precise massage.

Air Cushion Head: Suitable for trigger points.

If your RENPHO RF-GM169 does not work, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Disconnected power or a loose plug causing poor contact. The solution is to replug to the power source.

2. The power switch is off or the 15-minute timer has been reached. The solution is to turn the power switch on again.

3. The motor has automatically shut off due to the device being on too long, activating overheating protection. The solution is to use the massager after the motor cools off naturally.

If the massage intensity is too high or too low, it may be because the massage head is positioned at the wrong angle. To resolve this, adjust the head angle to get the moderate intensity.
