The package for the RAZER COBRA HYPERSPEED includes:

The default DPI stages are 400, 800, 1600 (default), 3200, and 6400. These can be customized using the Razer Synapse software.

RAZER SYNAPSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Windows® 10 64-bit (or higher)

• Internet connection for software installation

To charge your RAZER COBRA HYPERSPEED, connect it directly to a USB port on your computer using the provided USB Type A to USB Type C cable. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours.

When the battery level is critical, the mouse’s lighting will start blinking red to notify you.

You can connect your RAZER COBRA HYPERSPEED in three different ways:

WIRED MODE:

Connect the mouse to your computer using the provided USB Type A to USB Type C cable.

RAZER™ HYPERSPEED WIRELESS (2.4 GHz) MODE:

1. Plug the wireless USB dongle into your computer. You can use the USB dongle adapter and the USB-C cable to extend the reach of the dongle.

2. Set the slider switch on the bottom of the mouse to the 2.4 GHz mode.

3. The mouse will search for a connection. During pairing, the lighting will blink. Once paired, it will show a Chroma Effect.

BLUETOOTH MODE:

1. Set the slider switch on the bottom of the mouse to BT (Bluetooth) mode.

2. Enable Bluetooth on your device and search for “Razer Cobra HyperSpeed” from the list of found devices.

3. During pairing, the mouse lighting will blink blue. Once paired, it will turn static blue.

Your RAZER COBRA HYPERSPEED can store up to 5 profiles. Pressing the profile button on the bottom of the mouse will cycle through the different profiles. The profile indicator light will change color to show which profile is currently selected.

The designated colors are:

• Active Profile (on PC with Synapse): White

• Profile 1: Red

• Profile 2: Green

• Profile 3: Blue

• Profile 4: Cyan

You can customize the buttons using the Razer Synapse software under the “Customize” subtab. Upon selecting a button to reassign, you can choose from one of the following functions:

• Default: Returns the button to its original setting.

• Keyboard Function: Assigns a keyboard command to the button. Turbo mode can be enabled to repeat the function while the button is held.

• Mouse Function: Substitutes the button with another mouse function like Left Click, Right Click, Scroll Click, Double Click, Scroll Up, Scroll Down, Mouse Button 4 (Backward), or Mouse Button 5 (Forward).

• Sensitivity: Allows you to change the DPI setting with the press of a button. Options include Sensitivity Clutch, Stage Up/Down, On-The-Fly Sensitivity, and Cycle Up/Down Sensitivity Stages.

• Macro: Assigns a prerecorded sequence of keystrokes and button presses.

• Inter-device: Change the functionality of other Razer Synapse-enabled devices.

• Switch Profile: Quickly change device profiles.

• Switch Chroma Effect: Switch between Chroma lighting effects.

• Razer Hypershift: Activates a secondary set of button assignments when held down.

• Launch Program: Opens a specific application or website.

• Multimedia: Assigns multimedia controls such as Volume Up/Down, Mute, Play/Pause, and Next/Previous Track.

• Windows Shortcuts: Assigns a Windows Operating System shortcut command.

• Text Function: Types a prewritten text.

• Disable: Renders the assigned button unusable.

Hypershift mode is a secondary set of button assignments that are activated when the Hypershift key is held down. By default, this is assigned to the ‘fn’ key of a Razer Synapse-supported keyboard, but you can also assign any mouse button as a Hypershift key through the software.

In Razer Synapse, navigate to the “Performance” subtab for your RAZER COBRA HYPERSPEED. From here you can:

• Adjust Sensitivity (DPI): Create up to 5 different sensitivity stages. You can set the DPI value for each stage using the sliders.

• Change Polling Rate: Select your desired polling rate (125, 500, or 1000 Hz). A higher polling rate reduces input latency and improves responsiveness.

In Razer Synapse, navigate to the “Lighting” subtab. Here you can adjust:

• Brightness: Use the slider to increase or decrease the lighting brightness.

• Switch Off Lighting: Set the lighting to turn off when your display turns off or after a specific period of idle time to save power.

• Quick Effects: Apply preset lighting effects to your device.

• Advanced Effects: Use Chroma Studio to create your own custom lighting profiles.

In the Razer Synapse software, go to the “Power” subtab to manage energy consumption. You can set:

• Wireless Power Saving: Set the mouse to enter sleep mode after it has been idle for a certain number of minutes.

• Low Power Mode: Automatically enter Low Power Mode when the battery level drops below a certain percentage that you define.

The “Calibration” subtab in Razer Synapse allows you to optimize the sensor for better tracking on any surface.

• Smart Tracking: This lets you set the distance at which the sensor stops tracking when it is lifted from its surface to avoid unwanted cursor movement.

• Tracking Distance: Adjust the slider to set the specific vertical height (lift-off distance) at which the sensor stops tracking.

You can record macros using the “Macro” tab in Razer Synapse.

1. Before recording, you can click the dropdown menu to set recording options:

• Start Delay: Set a short delay (1-5 seconds) before recording begins.

• Shortcut Key: Assign a key to start recording even when Synapse is in the background.

• Delay Settings: Choose to record the delay between commands, set a specific second delay, or have no delay.

• Mouse Movement Tracking: Enable mouse movement recording and set how it’s tracked (e.g., relative to screen, foreground window, or start point).

2. Click the “Record” button to start recording keystrokes, button presses, and cursor movements.

3. Perform the actions you want to record.

4. Click the “Stop” button or press the assigned Shortcut key to end the session.

5. Once recorded, you can select and edit each command in the macro sequence or use the Insert menu to add more actions.

To achieve maximum safety, follow these guidelines:

• If you have trouble operating the device properly, unplug it and seek support.

• Do not take the device apart, as this will void your warranty.

• Keep the device away from liquid, humidity, or moisture. Operate it only within the specific temperature range of 0°C (32°F) to 40°C (104°F).

• Avoid looking directly at the tracking beam of your mouse or pointing it in anyone else’s eye. The tracking beam is not visible to the naked eye and is always on.

To ensure optimum comfort and avoid injury, follow these guidelines:

• Position your keyboard and monitor directly in front of you with your mouse next to it. Place your elbows next to your side, not too far away.

• Adjust your chair and table height so the keyboard and mouse are at or below elbow-height.

• Keep your feet well supported, posture straight, and shoulders relaxed.

• During gameplay, relax your wrist and keep it straight. Avoid bending, extending, or twisting your hands for long periods.

• Do not rest your wrists on hard surfaces for long periods. Use a wrist rest for support.

• Customize keys to suit your playstyle to minimize repetitive or awkward motions.

• Do not sit in the same position all day. Get up, step away from your desk, and do exercises to stretch your arms, shoulders, neck, and legs.

The RAZER COBRA HYPERSPEED requires minimum maintenance. Once a month, it is recommended to unplug the device from the computer and clean it using a soft cloth or cotton swab to prevent dirt buildup. Do not use soap or harsh cleaning agents.
