How do I assemble the PIZZELLO GUSTO 12?

Step 1: Assemble the Pizza Peel

Assemble the peel pan (H) with the wood handle (O) using 3 pcs screws (K) and nuts (L).

Step 2: Attach Side Plates

Assemble the 2 side plates (C) to one of the plates with a handle hole (B) using 6 pcs screws (J). The plate (C) should be installed inside the edge of plate (B).

Step 3: Install the Charcoal Pan

Affix the charcoal pan (E) to the side plates with 3 pcs screws (J).

Step 4: Attach the Other Back Plate

Assemble the other plate with a handle hole (B) to the side plates with 9 screws (J).

Step 5: Install the Ash Tray

Install the handle (G) to the ash tray pan (F) with 1 screw (N), then install the completed ash tray into the body.

Step 6: Final Assembly

Put the pizza body (A) on top of the assembled base, and place the pizza stone (M) in the oven.
