1. The alarm system contains hazards of fire and electric shock. To reduce risk, do not expose the system to rain or moisture. Telephone cords can conduct lightning energy.

2. Do not open the alarm system door. Dangerous high voltages are present inside. Servicing should only be done by qualified personnel.

3. Use the system with AC 230V 50Hz power, protected by an anti-electric shock breaker. Do not use any other power source to prevent electric shocks and fire hazards.

4. Avoid spilling any liquid on the unit. If a spill occurs, consult a qualified service immediately.

5. Install the product in a protected location where no one can trip over any line or power cord. Protect cords from damage or abrasion.

6. Disconnect all power sources before installation. Do not install low-voltage wires near AC power wires; they should be separated.

7. Connect the AC transformer output to the designated terminal block on the control panel.

8. Connect the AC line cord to the line power terminals as marked (GND; N; L).

The following codes are used to access and operate the alarm system:

Master Code: Used for programming system parameters. The default factory Master Code is 5555. For security reasons, the default factory Master Code must be changed and should not be used to arm or disarm the system.

User Code: A 4-6 digit code. Up to eight User Codes can be programmed (User Code 1 to User Code 8).

Short Code: A convenient, two-digit code used only to arm the system.

Duress Code: A 4-6 digit code used for disarming the system. When used, it sends a silent duress event to the Monitoring Station (MS). If the system is already disarmed, it sends a silent duress event to the MS.

Important Note: Entering the Master Code when one partition is armed will arm the other partition as well. Entering the Master Code when both partitions are armed will disarm the entire system.

2. Enter your User Code.

Important: Every bypassed zone is logged in the system’s memory with the time and date. The bypass mode is effective only until the system is disarmed.
