TV Display Refreshing:

Your OLED TV needs a refreshing process to protect the screen. There are two types:

• Normal refreshing: This happens automatically and takes a few minutes while the TV is in standby mode. To allow this, always use the remote control to switch off the TV and keep it plugged in.

• Deep refreshing: This can be manually triggered via (Home) > Settings > Screen > OLED screen settings > Clear residual image. This should only be done when you see a residual image on the screen even after 8 hours of standby. A reminder message may also appear on screen; please follow the instructions.
