The NUX MIGHTY BASS 50BT features include:

• 50 watt compact modeling bass amp with 6.5″ loud speaker.

Toggle the POWER SWITCH to turn the amplifier on or off. When you turn on the amplifier, the POWER INDICATOR LIGHT will be on.

Connect your bass guitar with a cable to the 1/4″ INPUT JACK.

Connect your headphones to the 1/8″ PHONE OUT jack for silent practice. The signal is the same as the AMP OUT. If you toggle the IR switch, it is related to the AMP IR.

To use an MP3 player or other device for playback, connect it to the 1/8″ AUX IN jack.

You can press the CHANNEL SWITCH & INDICATOR to switch to 3 different channels. Each channel can store all the parameters and signal block status (Engaged/Disengaged) as a preset.

• CH1 is Green

• CH2 is Orange

• CH3 is Red

• **GAIN:** Controls the Gain of amp models.

• **BASS:** Controls the bass frequency level of amp models.

• **MIDDLE:** Controls the bass frequency level of amp models.

• **MIDDLE FREQUENCY (M. FREQ):** Controls the middle frequency range.

• **TREBLE:** Controls the treble frequency level of amp models.

Press the EFX INDICATOR to engage the EFX block. The INDICATOR LIGHT will turn on while the block is engaged. The PARAMETER 1 and PARAMETER 2 knobs control the related EFX model parameters. The function of these knobs changes depending on the selected effect, as shown in the table below:

• **DECAY:** Controls the length of the reverb.

• **LEVEL:** Controls the mix level of the reverb.

• **MASTER:** Controls the overall volume into the power amp.

The LOOP INDICATOR shows the status of the looper function:

• **RED:** Record

• **GREEN:** Play

• **ORANGE:** Dub (Overdub)

When the amp connects with a mobile device for Bluetooth Audio Stream, the BLUETOOTH INDICATOR LIGHT will turn on, and you will hear “bi~” from the amp. If there is no connection, the indicator light will flash.

For app connection, open the MIGHTY AMP APP, go to “Settings” and choose “Current Amp” as “Mighty Bass”. Then, scan for devices and you will find MIGHTY BASS 50BT. Click it to connect automatically. Once connected, you can tweak all the parameters from your mobile phone.

• **DI OUT:** This jack provides a balanced signal to interface with a PA system or recording console.

• **GROUND LIFT TOGGLE SWITCH:** If you experience ground noise issues when connecting to a PA system, toggle this switch up to lift the ground, which may solve the noise issue.

• **IR TOGGLE SWITCH:** This allows you to engage the Cabinet Impulse Response signal. The DI toggle switch is related to the DI OUT, and the AMP toggle switch is related to the main amplifier output.

Connect a NUX NMP-2 foot switch to the FOOT SWITCH JACK. This allows you to trigger the TIP (B foot switch) for the LOOP function and the RING (A foot switch) for the DRUM function.

Loop Footswitch (B switch) Operation:

• Press Once: Cycles through REC -> PLAY -> OVERDUB.

• Hold: Cycles through PLAY -> UNDO -> REDO.

• Press Twice: Stops playback.

• Press & Hold: Clears the loop.

Rhythm Footswitch (A switch) Operation:

• Press Once: Cycles through PLAY -> STOP.

Connect the USB port to a computer to use the related edit software. You can also perform firmware updates through the USB port.
