When using the LINEA DOMO DO710BL, basic safety precautions should always be taken, including the following:

Before using the LINEA DOMO DO710BL for the first time, take the appliance out of the packaging and clean all removable parts as described in the ‘Cleaning and maintenance’ section. Once all parts are dry, reassemble them as follows:

1. Position the seal on the blade assembly. Hold the jar upside down.

2. Screw the blade with its sealing ring onto the jug. Secure the base of the jug by screwing it tight in a clockwise direction. Turn the jar over so the base is at the bottom again.

3. Tighten the lid onto the jar by turning it clockwise.

4. Position the measuring cup in the lid and screw it tight in a clockwise direction.

5. Turn the pitcher clockwise on the motor block until you hear a click. The blender is now ready for use.

1. Make sure that the speed regulation button is at “o”.

2. Put the plug in the outlet. The blue 3 function buttons light will flicker. Place the glass jug on the motor unit. If it is positioned correctly, the function buttons light will be blue.

3. Fill the container with the desired ingredients. Make sure that you do not exceed the maximum amount of 1.5 L.

4. Position the lid with the measuring cup on the container. Turn the speed regulator to the desired speed.

5. Alternatively, you can use the function buttons. To do this, set the speed control to the off position and press one of the function buttons.

6. If you want to add ingredients while blending, remove the measuring cup from the lid and put the extra ingredients into the jar through the fill opening.

7. Turn off the blender by setting the speed knob to “o”.

8. Unplug the blender after use.

To use the function buttons on your LINEA DOMO DO710BL, first set the speed control to the ‘off’ position, then press one of the buttons:

• Pulse: This button is for fast and gentle mixing. Keep it depressed for a few seconds. When you release the button, the blender will stop. You can repeat this a few times to reach the desired consistency.

• Ice crushing: This function is designed to crush ice cubes. The blender will alternate between on and off for 30 seconds.

• Smoothie: This function is perfect for making smoothies. The blender will work at 90% power for 1 minute.

Note: You cannot select any of the function buttons when using the speed control. First, switch the control to the off position.

• For each use, the consecutive operation time should not exceed 3 minutes. Between two continuous cycles, at least 10 minutes of resting time should be maintained.

• The appliance needs to cool down to room temperature before starting the next blending cycle.

• Never use boiling liquids or use the blender when the jar is empty.

• You cannot select any of the function buttons when using the speed control. First, switch the control to the off position.

1. For a quick clean, fill the jug with hot soapy water and press the pulse button for a few seconds. Empty the jar.

2. Unplug the blender before continuing with cleaning.

3. Always clean the blender immediately after use for easy cleaning. Do not let food dry in the jar or the blade assembly, as this will make them harder to clean.

4. Disassemble the removable parts. Remove the lid from the container and the measuring cup from the lid. Place the jug upside down and unscrew the base in an anticlockwise direction.

5. Clean the measuring cup, the lid, and the jar by hand.

6. Wipe the blade and the base with hot soapy water and rinse under the tap. Do not touch the sharp blades and take extra care. Leave the blade to dry upside down, ensuring it remains out of the reach of children.

7. Wipe the motor unit clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

Caution: Never immerse the motor unit in any liquid to avoid the risk of electrical shock. Do not use any rough scouring pads or cleaners on the parts or on the finish of the appliance.
