First, remove the protective film from the dust filter. Then, insert the filter at the bottom and click it into place at the top.

The required air flow is directed through the plinth. It is important to use the provided ventilation grille for the ventilation opening.

The cut-out section in the plinth panel must be centred in relation to the LIEBHERR UWK 1752.

To avoid problems and damage, the floor on which the appliance stands must be horizontal and level. Furthermore, the kitchen unit must be aligned horizontally and vertically.

The socket must not be situated behind the LIEBHERR UWK 1752 and must be easily accessible.

Step 1. Remove cover (1) and apply the cover strips to the leading edge of the appliance housing on the left and right.

Step 2. Adjust the height of the appliance to 4 mm less than the recess height by turning the adjustable feet clockwise. Turn the spanner anticlockwise to raise the appliance front and clockwise to lower it.

Step 3. Slide in the appliance until the front surface of the appliance door is flush with the unit fronts, ensuring the mains cable is not damaged.

Step 4. Screw the appliance to the body of the unit at the top left-hand side and click the cover into place again.

Step 5. Screw the appliance to the body of the unit at the bottom on the left and right.

Step 6. Insert the foam moulding approximately 10 mm into the opening in the appliance plinth.

Step 7. Insert the ventilation grille in the plinth panel.

Step 8. Fit the plinth panel, pushing the foam moulding backwards into its final position so that it touches the ventilation grille.

The LIEBHERR UWK 1752 must be aligned horizontally and vertically. If the appliance is not level, the main body of the appliance can be deformed and the door will not close properly.

If the foam moulding is not installed, the LIEBHERR UWK 1752 will not achieve its full refrigeration performance during operation.

Door hinges should only be changed by a trained expert, and the process must be done by two people.

Step 1. Remove screw.

Step 2. Remove screw.

Step 3. With the door held secure, pull out the hinge pin.

Step 4. Remove the upper hinge pin.

Step 5. Move the door towards the appliance until the pin in the hinge bracket is visible and remove the door.

Step 6. Remove the cover.

Step 7. Unscrew the door latch.

Step 8. Compress the covers in the places shown and release. Turn the covers through 180 degrees and click into place on the opposite side.

Step 9. Click the cover into place.

Step 10. Screw on the door latch.

Step 11. Transfer the door handle and plugs to the opposite side.

Step 12. Remove the covers.

Step 13. Unscrew the upper hinge bracket to be re-fitted on the left at the bottom.

Step 14. Unscrew the lower hinge bracket to be re-fitted on the left at the top.

Step 15. Remove the upper retaining bracket and transfer to the opposite side.

Step 16. Remove the lower retaining bracket and transfer to the opposite side.

Step 17. Screw in the hinge bracket at the top left.

Step 18. Screw in the hinge bracket at the bottom left.

Step 19. Fit the door on the hinge brackets while held secure.

Step 20. With the door open 90 degrees, insert the hinge pin with the flat part facing the appliance, ensuring it is fully inserted and does not protrude at the top.

Step 21. Insert the bottom hinge pin in the same way.

Step 22. Screw in the screws at the top and bottom.

Step 23. Close the door and check that it is aligned with the side walls of the appliance.

Step 24. If the door is at an angle, adjust the lateral tilt by undoing the screws and sliding the hinge bracket to the right or left, then tighten screws.

Step 25. Fit the covers.
