The dimensions for the LIAN LI HYDROSHIFT LCD 360 radiator and pump assembly are as follows:

Radiator Length: 403mm

Radiator Width: 120mm

Radiator Width (including connection side): 142mm

Pump Block Width: 59mm

Distance from Radiator edge to fan mounting hole: 4.25mm

Distance from tubing edge to fan mounting hole: 17.75mm

To install the fans, align the three fans with the mounting holes on the radiator. Secure them in place using the twelve radiator screws (Part M).

Note: If you need to install the O11 EVO series flip-chip type, please refer to the water pipe replacement steps before installing the fan.

It is recommended to use top installation for the best performance. However, if top installation is not possible in your chassis (for example, the O11 VISION), other mounting orientations can be used.

Follow these steps to apply the Shin-Etsu 7783 thermal paste:

Step 1. Squeeze a small amount of the thermal paste (Part A) onto the center of the CPU.

Step 2. Use the included spatula (Part B) to evenly spread the thermal paste across the entire surface of the CPU heat spreader.

Step 1. Position the Intel backplate (Part E) on the back of the motherboard, aligning the screws with the mounting holes.

Step 2. From the front of the motherboard, secure four standoffs (Part F) onto the backplate screws.

Step 3. Apply thermal paste to the CPU.

Step 4. Carefully place the pump block onto the CPU, aligning the mounting bracket with the four standoffs.

Step 5. Secure the pump block by tightening the four nuts onto the standoffs in a cross pattern.

Step 6. Place the mounting bracket cover (Part G) over the pump block assembly until it snaps into place.

Step 1. Remove the two stock plastic mounting brackets from the front of the AMD motherboard by unscrewing the four screws. Keep the original AMD backplate in place.

Step 2. Place the two AMD mounting brackets (Part H) over the screw holes around the CPU socket.

Step 3. Secure the brackets to the motherboard using the four provided screws.

Step 1. After installing the AMD mounting brackets (Part H), apply thermal paste to the CPU.

Step 2. Attach the pump block by hooking the clips on the pump’s mounting arms onto the tabs of the AMD mounting brackets.

Step 3. Evenly tighten the two thumbscrews on the mounting arms until the pump block is securely fastened.

When the AIO fan is too close to the motherboard (for example, when mounting on the LANCOOL 216), it is recommended to install the tube clamp (Parts K and L) for tube organizing. This helps manage the tubing in tight spaces.

Align the radiator with the desired mounting location in your PC case. Use the twelve fan screws (Part D) to secure the radiator to the chassis. Note the orientation of the radiator and tubes to ensure proper fitment and tube routing.

Use the included tube clips (Parts I and J) to organize the tubing. These clips allow you to push the excess length of the tubes upwards and can help conceal the cables behind them for a cleaner look.

To reverse the orientation of the tubes, follow these steps:

Step 1. Remove the screws securing the tube assembly to the radiator.

Step 2. Remove the plastic shroud from the end of the radiator.

Step 3. Detach the tube housing from the radiator.

Step 4. Remove the plastic end cap from the opposite side of the radiator.

Step 5. Remove the two screws holding the tube fittings.

Step 6. Move the entire tube assembly to the opposite side of the radiator.

Step 7. Reinstall all components on the opposite side.

Step 8. Install the opposite direction L-shape plastic shroud cover (Part C) onto the side where the tubes were originally located.

Step 9. Remount the fans.

There are two main connections from the pump head:

1. Connect the USB cable from the pump head to an available internal USB header on your motherboard.

2. Connect the 4-Pin PWM cable from the pump head to the CPU_FAN header on your motherboard.
