To ensure safety during the installation of your LG BSP 800E oven, please adhere to the following precautions:

Any electrical installation work must be carried out by a qualified electrician or competent person.

This electric appliance must be installed according to the instructions in order to avoid damage.

This oven should be disconnected from the power supply before installation or maintenance.

This oven should always be earthed.

The kitchen cabinet dimensions required for installing the LG BSP 800E oven in a low cabinet configuration are:

Minimum Width: 556 mm

Minimum Depth: 560 mm

Minimum Height: 600 mm

The oven power supply for the LG BSP 800E must be located in the back area (P) of the kitchen cabinet or outside the installation space (cupboard). Depending on the position of your power supply, make a hole “P” in the back wall or a hole “R” in the side wall of the kitchen cupboard to pass the connection lead through.

To properly install your LG BSP 800E, you should lift the oven and slide it into the cabinet by using the side holes. It is important that you do not try to lift the oven by the door handle on the front. During installation, take care not to kink the wires of the electrical supply cable.

When installing the LG BSP 800E in a high cabinet, please follow these requirements:

The cabinet dimensions must be a minimum of 556 mm wide and 560 mm deep, with a height of 590 mm (within a range of 575 mm minimum to 596 mm maximum).

A gap of at least 10 mm must be maintained between the rear of the installed oven and the connecting wall.

To lift the oven, use the side holes provided.

The kitchen cabinet surfaces that are in contact with the oven must be heat resistant up to 90 °C, and close unit fronts must be heat resistant up to at least 70 °C.

For correct ventilation of the LG BSP 800E oven, the following gaps and openings are required:

A ventilation opening of 50mm should be present between the back wall and the floor of the installation cabinet.

A ventilation gap of 5mm is required between the top rim of the oven and the lower rim of the cooktop.

A ventilation gap of 5mm is required between both side rims of the oven and the cabinet.

These openings must not be closed or blocked in any way. Also, ensure that the sides of the oven are not touching the front edges of the housing.

The LG BSP 800E oven must be connected by a licensed specialist in accordance with the installation instructions and in compliance with local regulations. The electrical specifications are as follows:

Make sure the voltage shown on the rating plate is the same as the power supply voltage in your home.

Use a type H05 VV-F power cord.

The oven must be connected to the power supply by means of an all-pole disconnect switch with a minimum contact gap of 3mm and must be connected to an earthed socket by law.

The supply plug shall be accessible after the installation.

The oven’s components operate at 220-240V. Identify the phase (Live) and neutral conductor in the socket. An incorrect connection may damage the oven.

After sliding the LG BSP 800E oven into the cabinet, you must secure the oven to the kitchen unit using the provided screws.
