Viewing Age:

• Infants / Children: Viewing 3D content for children under the age of 5 is prohibited. Children under 10 may overreact and require special monitoring. Children perceive more stereoscopic depth than adults.

• Teenagers: Teenagers under 19 may be stimulated by light from 3D videos. Advise them not to watch 3D videos for a long time when they are tired.

• Elderly: The elderly may perceive less of a 3D effect. Do not sit closer to the TV than the recommended distance.

Health Precautions:

• Do not watch 3D videos if you feel nausea, are pregnant, or have a chronic illness such as epilepsy, cardiac disorder, or blood pressure disease.

• 3D content is not recommended for those with stereo blindness or stereo anomaly. If you have strabismus (cross-eyed), amblyopia (weak eyesight), or astigmatism, you may feel fatigue easily. Take frequent breaks.

• If your eyesight varies between your right and left eye, revise your eyesight prior to watching 3D content.

When to Stop Watching:

• Stop watching 3D content if you feel fatigue from lack of sleep, overwork, or drinking. Rest until the symptoms subside.

• If symptoms like headache, eyeball pain, dizziness, nausea, palpitation, blurriness, or discomfort persist, consult your doctor.

• Make sure to use LG 3D glasses. Otherwise, you may not be able to view 3D videos properly.

• Do not use 3D glasses in place of your normal glasses, sunglasses, or protective goggles.

• Using modified 3D glasses may cause eye strain or image distortion.

• Do not store your 3D glasses in extremely high or low temperatures, as this will cause deformation.

• The 3D glasses are fragile and can be easily scratched. Always use a soft, clean cloth when wiping the lenses. Do not scratch the lenses with sharp objects or clean them with chemicals.

1. Place the screen facing down on a cushioned table or flat surface to protect the screen from scratches.

2. Align the Stand Body with the TV and secure it using the four provided screws (M4 x 20).

3. Align the Stand Base with the Stand Body and secure it with the remaining four screws (M4 x 20).

4. Ensure all screws are tightened firmly to prevent the TV from tilting forward.

1. After attaching the stand, lift and tilt the TV into its upright position on a table.

2. Leave a minimum of 10 cm (4 inches) of space between the TV and the wall for proper ventilation.

3. Connect the power cord to a wall outlet.

To prevent the TV from falling over, it should be securely attached to the floor/wall per installation instructions. Tipping, shaking, or rocking the TV may cause injury.

CAUTION:

• Disconnect the power first, and then move or install the TV.

1. Gather and bind the cables together with the provided cable holder.

2. Fix the cable management clip firmly to the TV to keep the cables tidy.

Caution: Do not move the TV by holding the cable holder, as it may break and cause injury or damage to the TV.

Connect your antenna or cable TV feed to the ANTENNA / CABLE input port on the back of the TV using a coaxial (75Ω) RF cable. Make sure not to bend the copper wire of the RF cable. Complete all connections between devices before plugging the power cord into a wall outlet to prevent damage.

Connect the external device (e.g., Blu-Ray player, HD Cable Box) to any of the HDMI IN ports on the TV using a High Speed HDMI cable. HDMI transmits both digital video and audio signals. For best results, use the latest High Speed HDMI Cable with CEC (Customer Electronics Control) function.

ARC (Audio Return Channel):

If you have an ARC-compatible audio device, connect it to the HDMI IN 1 (ARC) port. This allows digital audio to be sent from the TV to your audio device through the same HDMI cable, eliminating the need for a separate optical audio cable.

You can connect your PC to the LG 47LM6200 using one of three methods. It is recommended to use an HDMI connection for the best image quality.

Method A: HDMI Connection

Connect your PC’s HDMI output to any HDMI IN port on the TV using an HDMI cable. It is recommended to use HDMI IN 4.

Method B: DVI to HDMI Connection

1. Connect your PC’s DVI output to the HDMI IN 4 (PC) port on the TV using a DVI-to-HDMI cable.

2. Connect your PC’s audio output to the (RGB/HDMI-PC) AUDIO IN port on the TV using an audio cable.

Method C: RGB Connection

1. Connect your PC’s RGB OUT (VGA) port to the RGB (PC) port on the TV using an RGB cable.

2. Connect your PC’s audio output to the (RGB/HDMI-PC) AUDIO IN port on the TV using an audio cable.

Connect a USB storage device such as a USB flash memory, external hard drive, or USB memory card reader to one of the USB IN ports on the TV. You can then access the Smart Share menu to use various multimedia files.

• To store apps, connect the USB device to the USB IN 3 USB Apps port.

• To use a USB Hub, connect it to the USB IN 2 USB Hub port.

• If a USB device connected via a USB Hub is not detected, connect it directly to a USB port on the TV.

Registration: To register the Magic Remote, simply press the Wheel (OK) button while pointing it at the TV.

Re-registration: If registration fails, press and hold the BACK and HOME buttons together for 5 seconds to reset it, then try registering again.

Using the Pointer:

• Move the remote control slightly to the left or right to make the pointer appear on the screen.

• Aim the remote at the TV and move it to navigate the pointer on the screen.

• If the pointer has not been used for a certain period, it will disappear.

• If you press a navigation button (up/down/left/right), the pointer will disappear, and the remote will function like a regular remote. To make the pointer reappear, shake the remote from side to side.

Button Functions:

1. Connect the power cord to a power outlet.

2. In Standby mode, press the power button on the remote control to turn the TV on. The Initial Setting screen will appear.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to customize your TV settings:

• Language Selection: Select a display language.

• Using the Magic remote control: Sets up the Magic remote.

• Environment Selection: Select Home for the home environment. (Store mode puts the TV in a demo mode).

• Time Zone Setting: Select your time zone.

• Network Connection: Set up your network to enable network-related features.

• Auto Tuning: Scans and saves available channels automatically.

• Auto Energy Saving mode Setting: Selects the Auto Energy Saving mode.

• 3D-On-Start Setting: Selects the 3D-On-Start option (For 3D TV).

• Setting is completed: Confirms the setting options.

4. When the basic settings are complete, press the Wheel (OK) button.

5. To turn the TV off, press the power button on the remote control.

The User Guide allows you to more easily access detailed TV information.

1. Press the HOME button on the remote to access the HOME menu.

2. Select User Guide and press the Wheel (OK) button.

Within the User Guide:

• A description of the selected menu is shown. You can use ^/v to move between pages.

• You can select “Try Now” to move directly to the selected menu from the User Guide.

• You can zoom in or out of the screen for better viewing.

• The guide allows you to select categories and items to browse the description of the function you want from the index.

Clean your TV regularly to keep the best performance and to extend the product lifespan.

Initial Steps:

• Make sure to turn the power off and disconnect the power cord and all other cables first.

• When the TV is left unattended and unused for a long time, disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet to prevent possible damage from lightning or power surges.

Screen, frame, cabinet and stand:

• To remove dust or light dirt, wipe the surface with a dry, clean, and soft cloth.

• To remove major dirt, wipe the surface with a soft cloth dampened in clean water or a diluted mild detergent. Then wipe immediately with a dry cloth.

CAUTION:

• Do not push, rub, or hit the surface with your fingernail or a sharp object, as this may result in scratches on the screen and image distortions.
