The following drivers and software can be downloaded and installed for the LG 27UP650:

The joystick button is located at the bottom of the LG 27UP650 and allows you to easily control monitor functions by pressing it or moving it left, right, up, and down with your finger. The basic functions are as follows:

Power on: Press the joystick button once with your finger to turn on the monitor.

Power off: Press and hold the joystick button once more for more than 3 seconds with your finger to turn off the monitor.

Volume control: You can control the volume by moving the joystick button left or right.

When moving or lifting the LG 27UP650, follow these instructions to prevent scratches or damage:

Place the monitor in the original box or packing material before attempting to move it.

Before moving or lifting the monitor, disconnect the power cord and all other cables.

Hold the bottom and side of the monitor frame firmly. Do not hold the panel itself.

When holding the monitor, the screen should face away from you to prevent it from being scratched.

When transporting the monitor, do not expose it to shock or excessive vibration.

Keep the monitor upright and never turn it on its side or tilt it sideways.

Avoid touching the monitor screen as much as possible, as this may result in damage to the screen or pixels.

Lift the monitor and place it on the table in an upright position. Ensure there is at least 100 mm (3.94 inches) of space away from the wall to allow for sufficient ventilation.

Unplug the power cord before moving or installing the monitor to avoid electric shock. Always use the power cord provided in the product package and connect it to a grounded power outlet.

Step 1. Place the monitor mounted on the stand base in an upright position.

Step 2. Handle the monitor with both hands for safety. The stand height can be adjusted up to a maximum of 110.0 mm (4.3 inches).

Caution: When adjusting the screen height, do not place your hand on the stand body to avoid injury to your fingers.

The angle of the LG 27UP650 screen can be adjusted forward or backward from -5 degrees to 20 degrees for a comfortable viewing experience.

Warning: To avoid injury, do not hold the lower part of the monitor frame when adjusting the screen. Be careful not to touch or press the screen area during adjustment.

The pivot feature allows the LG 27UP650 to rotate 90 degrees clockwise. Follow these steps:

Step 1. Raise the monitor to the maximum height.

Step 2. Adjust the angle of the monitor in the direction of the arrow (tilting it back).

Step 3. Rotate the monitor clockwise as shown in the manual illustrations.

Step 4. Complete the installation by rotating the monitor to a full 90 degrees.

Note: The auto pivot feature is not supported. You can rotate the screen using the screen pivot shortcut keys provided by your operating system.

To install the LG 27UP650 on a wall, use a wall mounting bracket that meets the following specifications:

Caution: When measured from the back of the monitor, the length of each installed screw must be 8 mm (0.3 inches) or less. Using screws longer than the standard length may damage the inside of the product.

Note: HDR content may not display correctly depending on Windows 10 OS settings. While HDR is on, screen flickering or cracking may occur when changing input or power status.

Caution: Setting the Response Time to Faster may cause image sticking. FreeSync requires a supported interface (DisplayPort or HDMI) and a supported graphic card.

This feature provides sharper images when connected to a device supporting ULTRA HD Deep Color. To use it, turn the function “On” in the General settings menu. The supported formats for 4K @ 60 Hz are:

Check if the power cord is correctly plugged into the power outlet.

Check the power cable connection and press the power button.

Check that the connected input is enabled by going to Settings and then Input.

If the “No Signal” message is displayed, check the signal cable between the PC and the monitor.

If the “Out of Range” message is displayed, ensure the signals from the PC are within the horizontal or vertical frequency range of the monitor.

Make sure that the headphone port connections are made properly.

Try increasing the volume using the joystick button.

Set the audio output of the PC to the monitor you are using.

Note: It is recommended to use straight earphones rather than angled ones, as angled earphones may cause connection problems with other external devices.
