Before charging, ensure the DC socket is free from water or lubricant residue. Blowing into the socket can help remove water.

1. Gently remove the protective silicone cap on the back of your ELISE / IRIS.
2. Gently insert the DC plug into the DC socket until you feel a subtle click.
3. Insert the mains plug into the wall socket.

The LED will pulse to indicate charging. When fully charged (after approximately 3 hours), the LED will emit a steady glow.

Important Charging Notes:

• Do NOT use your ELISE / IRIS while it is charging.
• Do NOT charge for more than 24 hours continuously.
• Only use the original chargers provided by LELO.

If the battery is running low, the LED indicator will emit a red glow (instead of white) when the interface dial is pushed, prompting you to charge the device.

1. Hold down the ‘+’ quadrant of the interface dial to activate your ELISE / IRIS.
2. Continue pressing the ‘+’ quadrant to increase the vibration intensity until you reach the desired level.
3. Press the ‘-‘ quadrant to decrease the vibration intensity.

When any quadrant of the dial is pressed, the LED indicates that the interface is active.

To turn off your ELISE / IRIS, hold down the ‘-‘ quadrant of the interface dial. The vibration intensity will decrease until the device is completely off.

To prevent accidental activation, especially during transport, you should lock the interface dial.

• To lock: Hold down the complete interface dial (all quadrants) for five seconds. The LED will light up and then go dark, indicating ELISE / IRIS is locked.
• To unlock: Repeat the process – hold down the complete interface dial for five seconds until the LED lights up.

Note: Charging the device will automatically unlock the ELISE / IRIS.

Your ELISE / IRIS has five programmed stimulation modes utilizing the individually powered base and crown pleasure points.

When you first turn the ELISE / IRIS on, it starts in mode 1 (crown continuous vibration).

Press the ▲ or ▼ quadrants of the interface dial to cycle through the modes.

The modes are:

Always clean your ELISE / IRIS thoroughly before and after each use.

1. Wash the stem with warm water and antibacterial soap.
2. Rinse with clean hot water.
3. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel.

Important Cleaning Notes:

• Avoid submerging the device and getting water into the DC socket or around the interface dial.
• Never use cleansers containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone.

• LELO recommends using a water-based lubricant as the safest option.
• Do NOT use silicone-based lubricants, as they could make the device’s silicone permanently tacky. If you wish to try a silicone-based lubricant, perform a patch test first.
• Never use massage oil or hand cream as lubricants.

• Store your ELISE / IRIS in a dust-free place.
• Keep her away from toys made of other materials.
• Avoid leaving your ELISE / IRIS in direct sunlight.
• NEVER expose her to extreme heat.

There are a few possibilities:

• The battery may be fully charged. A full charge provides up to 4 hours of use.
• The battery may be completely drained and will require several minutes connected to the charger to acknowledge it.
• The charger might not be properly connected. Check the connection at the wall socket and the DC socket on the device.

There are two main reasons this could happen:

• The battery is empty. Recharge your ELISE / IRIS.
• The interface dial is locked. Unlock it by holding down the whole interface dial for 5 seconds until the LED lights up.

The microprocessor may be temporarily malfunctioning. Connect the charger to the device; this should restore the function to normal.
