Before using the range, remove all exterior and interior packaging and the protective film on steel and aluminum parts. Clean the interior surface using a soft cloth with lukewarm water.

The heating elements have a protective coating that must be burned off before use. To do this, set the oven temperature to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn the function selector to the Bake element and the Broil element separately for approximately 15 minutes each. Ensure adequate ventilation during this period.

The burners also have a protective coating. To burn this off, set the burner selector to the maximum setting for 5 minutes. Ensure adequate ventilation, then switch off the burners and allow them to cool down completely.

Step 1. Fix 2 screws (M4*8) to the corresponding holes at the back of the cover, leaving about a 3mm gap.

Step 2. Put the backsplash plate on the cover so the large holes go through the heads of the screws.

Step 3. Push the backsplash plate so the small holes align with the screws.

Step 4. Tighten the screws using a screwdriver.

The ceramic glass cooktop features four elements with the following specifications:

The surface control knobs are operated by pushing the knob in and turning it to the desired position. When an element is ignited, the indicator light will be lit. The control knob has a variable power output from LO to HI. To switch an element on, always lightly press the control knob inwards then rotate it.

Use cookware with flat bottoms and tight-fitting lids to conserve energy and shorten cooking time.

Only certain types of glass, glass/ceramic, ceramic, earthenware, or other glazed cookware are suitable for the cooktop. Use low to medium heat settings when using glass cookware.

Pan size should match the element size. A slightly larger pan covers the entire element and prevents spillovers, while a smaller pan results in wasted energy.

Ensure pan bottoms are clean and dry before they come into contact with the heating elements.

Do not leave empty cookware or pans that have boiled dry on a hot surface unit to avoid overheating and damage.

The oven features three different heating elements:

Bake element (Lower heating element): 2000W

Broil element (Upper heating element): 2200W

COV. element (Back heating element): 1300W

Step 1. Select the CLOCK icon on the control panel.

Step 2. Use the INC (plus), SHIFT (arrows), and DEC (minus) buttons to adjust the parameters.

Step 3. Click the CLOCK icon again to confirm the setting, or click the CANCEL icon to cancel.

To set the timer: Select a cooking mode first. Touch the TIMER icon. Use the INC, SHIFT, or DEC buttons to adjust the parameters, then click the TIMER icon again to confirm.

To set the temperature: After completing the timer setting, touch the TEMP icon. Use the INC, SHIFT, or DEC buttons to adjust the temperature. Click the TEMP icon to confirm. The display will then show the actual oven temperature.

To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, long touch the TEMP icon for 3 seconds.

The KEEPWARM function can be used alone or in conjunction with Broil, Bake, or Airfry modes. To activate it, long touch the KEEPWARM icon for 3 seconds until ON is displayed on the screen. In this mode, the oven automatically keeps food warm for 8 hours after cooking is finished. To turn it off, long touch the KEEPWARM icon again for 3 seconds.

For LOCK MODE: Long touch the START/PAUSE icon and the CANCEL icon simultaneously for 3 seconds. An L will show on the display and the control panel will be locked. Repeat this to unlock.

For SABBATH MODE: Long touch the INC (plus) icon and the CANCEL icon simultaneously for 5 seconds. In this mode, the oven remains silent and the lights dim. Only the BAKE and KEEPWARM functions can be used. Repeat this to end Sabbath mode.

Oven Light: Touch the OVEN LIGHT icon to turn the light on or off.

Rotisserie: Touch the ROTISSERIE icon to turn the rotate motor on or off. Note that when the cooking function is finished, the rotisserie turns off automatically. Both functions can be used at the same time.

If your model uses mechanical knobs, the following table provides the conversion from Fahrenheit to Celsius:

Always disconnect the range from the electrical supply before cleaning. It is best to clean the appliance when it is cold.

Enameled Parts: Clean with a sponge and soapy water only or a nonabrasive detergent. Dry with a chamois leather. Avoid leaving acidic substances like lemon juice or vinegar on the enamel for long periods.

Stainless Steel Parts: Rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth. Clean along the grain direction. For difficult dirt, use a specific non-abrasive detergent or a little hot vinegar.

Oven Interior: Clean regularly while the oven is warm using a soft cloth soaked in hot soapy water.

Cooktop: Do not use steel wool or a steel brush. Wipe spills with a damp cloth as soon as the surface has cooled.

1. Open the electric oven door.

2. Insert the oven shelf to the desired cooking level. The shelf includes a security block to prevent accidental extraction.

3. Close the oven door.

To remove the shelf, repeat these steps in reverse order. Always place racks while the oven is cool.

1. Open the door to its full extent.

2. Turn the hinge pins as shown in the manual illustrations.

3. Hold the door firmly and gently close it until it is partially shut.

4. Withdraw the hinge pins from their location and pull the door away from the range.

To replace the door, repeat these steps in reverse order.

1. Disconnect the range from the power supply and let the oven cavity cool down.

2. Switch off the electric supply.

3. Remove the protective cover.

4. Unscrew the old bulb and replace it with a new one suitable for high temperatures (300 to 570 degrees Celsius) with the specifications: 120V 60Hz, 25W, G9.

5. Replace the protective cover.

E1: The cooling fan is defective. The range is forbidden for use.

E2: The oven temperature sensor is defective. The oven is forbidden for use, but the cooktop is permitted for use.

E3: Both the oven temperature sensor and the cooling fan are defective. The range is forbidden for use.

E4: External power supply over voltage. The machine automatically stops for protection. You must wait until the voltage returns to normal and the signal disappears before using it again.

Check if a household fuse has blown or a circuit breaker has tripped. Ensure the control knobs are set correctly. If the surface unit control knob will not turn, ensure you are pushing it in before rotating.
