The LANBO LB-ERT30RC-S features five ceramic heating elements with the following specifications:

Before first use, the protective coating on the heating elements and burners must be burned off. Ensure there is adequate ventilation during this process.

For the oven heating elements: Set the temperature to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn the function selector to the Bake element and the Broil element separately for approximately 15 minutes each.

For the burners: Set the burner selector to the maximum setting for 5 minutes. Afterward, switch off the burners and allow them to cool down completely.

General preparation steps include:

1. Remove all exterior and interior packaging.

2. Remove the protective film on steel and aluminum parts.

3. Check that all included parts are present, such as the backsplash assembly, oven racks, rotisserie, anti-tip brackets, and oven drip pan.

4. Clean the interior surface with a soft cloth and lukewarm water.

To operate the surface units, lightly press the control knob inwards and then rotate it to the desired position. The control knobs have a variable power output ranging from LO to HI. When an element is active, the indicator light will be lit.

To ensure proper performance and safety, follow these cookware tips:

Use cookware with flat bottoms and tight-fitting lids to conserve energy.

Match the pan size to the element size. A slightly larger pan is acceptable to prevent spillovers, but a smaller pan wastes energy.

Ensure pan bottoms are clean and dry before use.

Do not leave surface units unattended at high heat settings to prevent boil-overs that may ignite.

Avoid leaving empty cookware on a hot surface unit.

To set the clock and display on your LANBO LB-ERT30RC-S, follow these steps:

1. Select the CLOCK icon on the control panel.

2. Use the INC (plus), SHIFT (arrows), and DEC (minus) buttons to adjust the time parameters.

3. Click the CLOCK icon again to confirm the setting.

4. You may click the CANCEL icon at any time to cancel the process.

Note: The timer format displays time in hh:mm and can be set from 1:00 to 12:59.

The timer can only be set once a cooking mode has been selected.

1. Choose a cooking mode from the available icons (Broil, Bake, etc.).

2. Select the TIMER icon.

3. Use the INC, SHIFT, and DEC icons to adjust the timer parameters.

4. Click the TIMER icon again to confirm your settings.

1. After completing the timer setting, select the TEMP icon.

2. Use the INC, SHIFT, and DEC icons to adjust the temperature.

3. Click the TEMP icon to confirm. The actual oven temperature will be displayed.

4. To check the actual oven temperature during cooking, click the TEMP icon twice.

5. To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, long touch the TEMP icon for 3 seconds.

The LANBO LB-ERT30RC-S offers several cooking modes with specific temperature ranges and power ratings:

To use the Keep Warm function:

1. Long touch the KEEPWARM icon for 3 seconds to turn it on. The screen will display ON.

2. This mode can work alone or automatically for 8 hours after a cooking cycle.

3. Long touch the KEEPWARM icon again for 3 seconds to turn it off.

To use Sabbath Mode:

1. Long touch the INC (plus) and CANCEL icons simultaneously for 5 seconds.

2. In this mode, the oven remains silent, lights are dimmed, and only BAKE and KEEPWARM functions can be used.

3. Repeat the same long touch operation to end Sabbath mode.

To lock the control panel, long touch the START/PAUSE and CANCEL icons together for 3 seconds. The letter L will show on the display, indicating the panel is locked. Repeat this operation to unlock the panel.

To turn the oven light on or off, touch the OVEN LIGHT icon. Both the light and rotisserie functions can be used at the same time.

To operate the rotisserie, touch the ROTISSERIE icon to start or stop the motor. The rotisserie function will automatically turn off once the cooking function is finished.

Always disconnect the appliance from the electrical supply before cleaning. It is recommended to clean the range when it is cold.

Enameled Parts: Clean with a sponge and soapy water. Do not use abrasive detergents. Dry with a chamois leather.

Stainless Steel Parts: Rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth. Clean along the grain direction. Specific non-abrasive detergents or hot vinegar can be used for difficult dirt.

Oven Interior: Wipe the inside walls while the oven is still warm using a soft cloth soaked in hot soapy water.

Cooktop: Clean daily after use with a damp cloth once cooled. Do not use steel wool or steel brushes.

Note: Avoid using cleaning products with a chlorine or acidic base.

1. Open the door to its full extent.

2. Turn the hinges as shown in the manual illustrations.

3. Hold the door firmly.

4. Gently close the door partway and withdraw the hinge pins from their location.

5. To replace the door, repeat these steps in reverse order.
