To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put the ice maker or power supply in water or other liquid.

This appliance is not intended for use by children or by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities. Close supervision is necessary when used near children.

Unplug the power supply when not in use or before cleaning. Grasp the power adapter and pull from the outlet to unplug.

Avoid contacting moving parts and do not attempt to defeat safety interlock mechanisms.

Do not operate the appliance with a damaged power adapter or after a malfunction.

Only use the official tray and insert provided with the machine. Use of unapproved parts could lead to fire, injury, or damage.

Use caution when removing the tray as water could spill.

To avoid electrical overload, do not plug other appliances like microwaves or toasters into the same circuit.

The ice maker is for indoor countertop use only. Do not use outdoors.

Do not attempt to service the machine. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.

Do not use the ice maker if the rubber feet have been removed.

Do not fill the tray past the fill line.

Do not use extension cords.

Avoid handling the power adapter with wet hands.

Only use water with the ice maker. Use with other liquids or solids will void the warranty.

Do not turn the machine upside down or on its side.

Allow 24 to 48 hours for the device to dry after use before moving or transporting it.

Do not touch the cold plate as it presents a cold burn hazard. Unplug the adapter to stop finger freezing.

Ensure the supply cord is not trapped or damaged when positioning the appliance.

Step 1. Remove all interior and exterior packaging materials.

Step 2. Open the lid and remove the tray and inserts from the cavity.

Step 3. Wash the tray and inserts by hand using warm water and soap. Carefully clean the inside of the lid using warm, soapy water and a cloth.

Step 4. Place the ice maker on a dry, stable, and level surface with 8 inches of clearance on all sides. Keep it away from heat sources such as ovens, heaters, and corrosive gases.

Step 5. Only fill the tray with room temperature or cold water. Using hot water or other liquids can damage the machine.

For optimal performance with 8 to 10 hour cycle times, operate the machine in an environment between 68 and 74 degrees Fahrenheit (20 to 23 degrees Celsius). Conditions above 74 degrees Fahrenheit can extend freeze times by up to 4 additional hours. Do not use the machine in environments over 80 degrees Fahrenheit (27 degrees Celsius) or with humidity above 90%.

Step 1. Plug the power supply into a wall outlet and insert the power jack into the machine. The main button on top will illuminate white.

Step 2. Open the lid and remove the tray and insert. Remove the insert from the tray.

Step 3. Fill the tray with water to the “Fill Line.” Do not over or under fill.

Step 4. Install the insert into the tray and place the assembly into the cavity of the ice maker. Use a blunt object to ensure the inserts are fully seated on the bottom and all air bubbles are removed from underneath.

Step 5. Close the lid and push the main button. The button will change from white to blue and the progress bar will illuminate.

Step 6. During chilling and freezing, the button stays blue and the progress bar gradually lights up. This typically takes 8 to 10 hours.

Step 7. When the ice is ready, the main button turns green. The machine will hold the ice for up to 24 hours.

Step 8. Retrieve the ice, drain residual water from the tray, and remove the inserts to peel the ice away.

To schedule an ice-making cycle, press and hold the power button for 3 to 5 seconds. Once the power button turns blue, it can be released. The machine will wait 4 hours before starting the process. During this wait period, the power button remains blue while the progress bar stays off.

To cancel during delayed start or ice making, press and hold the main button for 3 seconds. The button will turn red, and the mixer and cooling will stop. Open the lid, remove the tray, and empty it. The tray may take 5 to 10 minutes to thaw before removal. You can advance the machine back to the idle state by pressing the main button.

Step 1. Identify the error code by checking the light combination on the progress bar and power button.

Step 2. Open the lid and remove the tray to empty its contents. If the lid is difficult to open, unplug the machine and let it thaw for 24 hours before retrying.

Step 3. If the tray is difficult to remove, unplug the machine and let it thaw for a few minutes. CAUTION: If the tray is not emptied after an error, ice overgrowth could occur in the next cycle, potentially damaging the machine.

Step 4. Press the main button to advance the machine back to the idle state.

When an error occurs, the main button turns red and the progress bar lights up in specific combinations. Refer to the table below for details:

Ensure the ice maker and power adapter are unplugged before cleaning or servicing.

Never submerge the ice maker or power adapter in water.

Allow the machine sufficient time to reach room temperature before cleaning.

Never use harsh, abrasive cleaners, heavy-duty cleaners, or solvents on any surface.

Wash all exterior surfaces with a damp, soapy cloth and dry with a clean towel.

Hand wash the tray and inserts with warm water and soap. The tray and inserts are not dishwasher safe.

Store the ice maker in a clean, dry place on its feet. Do not store it sideways or upside down.

Before relocating, allow the ice maker to sit and dry for 48 hours.
