How do I operate the JACK & ROSE SY-XXJ01 diffuser?
1. Install the support feet and non-slip mat.
2. Rotate the support feet clockwise until you hear “ka”.
3. Connect the power adapter to the DC socket on the bottom of the diffuser.
What are some important things to pay attention to when using the JACK & ROSE SY-XXJ01 diffuser?
Be careful not to pour water into the Air Outlet.
Do not fill the water tank over the 500ml maximum line.

Check if the power cord is connected properly. Please disconnect, check the cables, and re-connect them carefully.
Why is there no mist or abnormal mist coming from my JACK & ROSE SY-XXJ01 diffuser?
There could be several reasons for this issue:
• Not enough or too much water: Please add a suitable amount of water to the tank. Water must never be filled over the 500 ml (Max) line.
• Improper installation or dirty air suction port: Check if the cover and inner cover are installed properly. Also, check for dirt on the air suction port on the underside of the base. If too much dust is in the air suction port, the mist will be restricted. Just clean it.
What should I do if my JACK & ROSE SY-XXJ01 diffuser is leaking water?
Water leakage may be caused by the following:
• Improper installation: The cover and inner cover may not be installed properly. Remove and reinstall them correctly so vapors can be released freely.
• Environmental conditions: Low temperature or high humidity can cause the mist to condense quickly into water droplets.
