The JACK & ROSE K1 steamer features the following controls:

Led Display: Shows the steamer mode, warm-up state, and the two available speeds of steam.

Mode Key: Used to switch between the different operating modes.

Power Button: Turns the steamer on and off.

Warm-up status: During the 15-second warm-up period, the display will flash cyclically.

Available status: Once the steamer is ready for use, the display mode will be fully illuminated. At this point, you can choose your desired mode.

The JACK & ROSE K1 has three modes:

Low: Produces a steam volume of 14g/min.

High: Produces a steam volume of 22g/min.

Dry: An ironing mode that does not use steam.

1. First, push up on the bottom latch and then pull down on the tank to remove it.

2. Open the top seal on the tank and add water.

3. Push the tank upward back into the steamer until you hear the “Kada” sound, which indicates the installation is complete.

Ceramic base plate: High temperature resistant for effective ironing.

Rotatable head: The ironing head has a 10 sq. in. area and can be rotated 90 degrees for more efficient ironing.

150ml water tank: Allows for ironing more clothes before needing a refill.

Extra Long Power Cord: The power cord is 7 feet long.

Accessories: Comes with an insulated base made from high-temperature resistant materials and a storage bag.

GLOBAL VOLTAGE UNIVERSAL: Supports a 100V-240V voltage range, allowing it to be used globally without a voltage converter.

AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF FUNCTION: The steamer will automatically shut off after 10 minutes of inactivity to save energy and prevent safety hazards.

LACK OF WATER CUT-OFF: If the water in the tank becomes insufficient, the steamer will automatically cut off power after 1 minute to prevent damage to the equipment.

15 SECONDS HEATING: The steamer has a fast heating function, reaching its working temperature in only 15 seconds.

DUAL HEATING POT TECHNOLOGY: This technology provides a stable steam output, prevents water spraying, and ensures even steam distribution.

IRON & STEAMER 2 IN 1: It offers the versatility of both wet (steam) and dry ironing to handle all types of laundry.

If the steam is intermittent or weakened, it may be caused by scale buildup. To resolve this, inject a mixture of 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 pure water into the water tank to remove the internal calcification.

The JACK & ROSE K1 steamer is equipped with a 10-minute automatic shutdown safety feature. If it turns off during use, you can simply restart it to continue.

The panel temperature is very high after powering on. Do not touch the panel directly with your hands. Always rest the steamer on the matching high-resistance insulated base.

When in normal use, keep the hot metal panel away from people, animals, and other household appliances.

To avoid electric shock, do not press the high-temperature metal panel on the power cord.

Do not press the high-temperature metal panel on fabrics, wooden desktops, or plastic desktops for a long time.

The ironing head can only be rotated 90 degrees in horizontal and vertical directions. Do not twist it to other angles, as this may result in damage to internal parts.

Do not connect or disconnect the power socket with wet hands.

This product is not intended for use by persons with physical, sensory, or mental disabilities, or lack of awareness of the dangers, especially children. Ensure children do not touch the product while it is being used.

It is recommended to use pure water to prevent scale residue from hindering the steamer’s performance.

To prevent mold and mildew, keep the inside of the machine dry. After use, pour out the remaining water in the tank, then turn on the power and spray vapor for 1 minute to drain the water from inside the boiler.

Before using, please fully unfold the power cord. Do not share the same power supply with other high-power electrical appliances.

Do not place the machine for a long time in a humid environment, direct sunlight, or near corrosive gases.

When switching between garments, there is no need to turn off the machine. You can just adjust the mode to standby (full brightness mode), and it will be ready to use without needing to heat up again.
