Check that the speaker cable polarity (+/-) is correct and the bare wires are making good contact with the terminals.
Confirm the correct input source is selected on the AV receiver.
Ensure speaker cables are not shorting (stray strands touching each other or the receiver chassis).
Check the master volume level. The receiver has a wide volume range.
If the MUTING indicator is flashing on the display, press the Muting button to unmute the receiver.
No sound is output from the speakers if headphones are connected to the Phones jack.
For an HDMI source, check the audio output settings on the connected player and ensure it’s a supported format.
Not all listening modes use all speakers. Try a different listening mode.
Check that speaker distances and levels are set correctly in the setup menu.
Make sure the speaker setup microphone is not still connected to the front panel jack.
If the input signal format is set to “PCM” or “DTS” in the Fixed Mode setting, change it back to “Off”.
Why do only my front speakers produce sound on the INTEGRA DTR-50.3?
If only the front speakers on your INTEGRA DTR-50.3 are producing sound, it may be due to the selected listening mode. When the Stereo or Mono listening mode is selected, sound is typically only produced by the front left and right speakers and the subwoofer. This is normal operation for these modes.
Additionally, if you are in Mono listening mode, check the “Output Speaker” setting in the “Multiplex/Mono” section of the Audio Adjust menu. If it’s set to “Left / Right,” only the front speakers will output sound.
Why does my subwoofer not produce any sound with the INTEGRA DTR-50.3?
If your subwoofer is not producing any sound when connected to the INTEGRA DTR-50.3, check the following:

Verify that each video component is properly connected.
On your TV, make sure you have selected the video input to which the AV receiver is connected.
If your TV is connected to an HDMI output, ensure the “Monitor Out” setting is set appropriately (e.g., “HDMI Main”) and not “Analog”. If you want to watch analog sources (Composite, S-Video, Component) via the HDMI output, you must also set the “HDMI Input” assignment for that source to ” —– “.
If your TV is connected via Component Video, S-Video, or Composite video, ensure the “Monitor Out” setting is set to “Analog”.
The resolution setting for the video output might not be supported by your TV. If the message “Resolution Error” appears, you need to select a different resolution on your source device (e.g., DVD player).
Reliable operation with an HDMI-to-DVI adapter is not guaranteed.
