The HYGGER HG128 LED light features are:

Ultra-bright: Powerful 5050 and 2835 LEDs provide abundant light for better observations and make the aquarium glow.

Built-in Timer and Lighting Duration: The lighting duration can be set to 4H, 6H, 8H, 10H, and 12H, and the timer allows the respective lighting program to run automatically in 24/7 mode.

Adjustable Light Color and Brightness: Press the setting button to select the desired color and brightness. Nine colors are available in the M mode (white – red – green – blue – pink – purple – cyan – orange – gradient).

24/7 Lighting Mode: Within 24 hours, the aquarium light creates a natural course of the day with slow sunrise, daylight, sunset, and moonlight. The start and end of the lighting time can be set individually.

Extendable Bracket: The extendable bracket ensures secure installation and fits many different aquarium sizes.

Suitable for Planted and Freshwater Aquariums: This energy-saving and high-efficiency LED light is suitable for planted aquariums and other freshwater aquariums.

Before operating the HYGGER HG128 light in 24/7 mode, you must set the local time.

1. Press and hold the “SET” button. All time indications on the dial (1:00-12:00) will light up, and the 6:00 indicator light will flash.

2. Use the “+/-” buttons to set your local time. If the “PM” display lights up, this means you are in the second half of the day.

3. Press the “SET” button again to finish setting the time.

If the 24/7 mode is switched on, it will automatically activate when you exit the time setting. If 24/7 mode is switched off, it will remain deactivated when you exit the time setting.

1. First, set the local time using the “SET” button.

2. Press and hold the “24/7” button for three seconds to enter the setting mode. The START indicator will light up and the clock will flash.

3. Press the “+/-” button to select the desired start time for the lighting duration.

4. Press the “24/7” button once again. The END indicator will light up, and the START indicator will go out.

5. Press the “+/-” button to select the end time of the lighting duration. The interval should not exceed 24 hours.

6. Press the “24/7” button again to save the settings and exit. The clock indicator will light up and the setting will start to run.

Please note: If the start and end times are the same, the settings are indicated by the same indicator light. For example, if the light switches on and off at 6 o’clock, the 6 o’clock indicator light will flash.

The HYGGER HG128 has preset timer modes for 4H, 6H, 8H, 10H, and 12H.

To use the timer, press the “TIMER” button (labeled with a clock icon) briefly. The indicator light will flash at 4H. Pressing the button again will cycle through the lighting durations in sequence: 4H -> 6H -> 8H -> 10H -> 12H -> switch off. The light will switch on at the same time every day for the selected duration and run through its cycle.

The light cycles for each duration are as follows:

4H lighting duration:
– First 15 min: Orange light gradually increases in intensity.
– Next 3 hours: Full white light.
– Next 15 min: Orange light.
– Last 30 min: Blue light (moonlight), then turns OFF.

6H lighting duration:
– First 15 min: Orange light gradually increases in intensity.
– Next 4.5 hours: Full white light.
– Next 15 min: Orange light.
– Last 1 hour: Blue light (moonlight), then turns OFF.

8H lighting duration:
– First 15 min: Orange light gradually increases in intensity.
– Next 6.5 hours: Full white light.
– Next 15 min: Orange light.
– Last 1 hour: Blue light (moonlight), then turns OFF.

10H lighting duration:
– First 15 min: Orange light gradually increases in intensity.
– Next 8 hours: Full white light.
– Next 15 min: Orange light.
– Last 1.5 hours: Blue light (moonlight), then turns OFF.

12H lighting duration:
– First 15 min: Orange light gradually increases in intensity.
– Next 10 hours: Full white light.
– Next 15 min: Orange light.
– Last 1.5 hours: Blue light (moonlight), then turns OFF.

Use the “M” button on the controller:

Turn On: Press the “M” button once briefly to switch the light ON.

Turn Off: Press and hold the “M” button to switch the light OFF.

Change Colors: When the light is on, press the “M” button briefly to select the light color in the following sequence: full bright -> white -> red -> green -> blue -> pink -> purple -> cyan -> orange -> gradient -> full bright.

To increase brightness: Press the “+” button. The brightness cycles up through 10%>20%>30%>40%>50%>60%>70%>80%>90%>100%. The odd-numbered indicator light (e.g., for 10%, 30%) blinks, and the even-numbered indicator light stays on for a long time.

To decrease brightness: Press the “-” button. The brightness cycles down through 100%>90%>80%>70%>60%>50%>40%>30%>20%>10%. The odd-numbered indicator light blinks, and the even-numbered indicator light stays on for a long time.

Please observe the following safety instructions for the HYGGER HG128:

General Attention:

• Please read the manual carefully before using it and follow all instructions.

• Please keep the switch away from water; the switch is not waterproof.

• Please keep the light away from flammable items.

• Please unplug the power before maintenance.

• Remember that the temperature range for the light is 23~113°F (-5°C~45°C).

• If the light is not working properly, unplug the power and contact the seller. Opening the unit will void the warranty.

Electrical Safety:

• DANGER – To avoid possible electric shock, special care should be taken. Do not attempt to repair the light yourself; return it to an authorized service facility or discard it.

• Do not immerse the switch in water. If the switch falls into water or becomes wet, do not touch it until you have unplugged it.

• Carefully examine the light after installation. It should not be plugged in if there is water on parts not intended to be wet.

• Do not operate the light if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is malfunctioning, or if it has been dropped or damaged. If the power cord is damaged, the light must be discarded.

• To prevent water from dripping onto the plug or receptacle, create a “drip loop” with the power cord. This is the part of the cord below the level of the wall receptacle. If the plug or receptacle does get wet, DO NOT unplug the cord. First, disconnect the fuse or circuit breaker that supplies power to the light, then unplug and check for water in the receptacle.

Usage and Handling:

• Close supervision is necessary when the light is used near children.

• To avoid injury, do not touch moving or hot parts.

• Make sure the light is securely installed before operating it.

• The light is intended FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
