Ultra-bright: Powerful 5050 and 2835 LEDs provide abundant light for better observations and make the aquarium glow.

Built-in Timer and Lighting Duration: The lighting duration can be set to 4H, 6H, 8H, 10H, and 12H, and the timer allows the respective lighting program to run automatically in 24/7 mode.

How do I set the local time on the HYGGER HG128 controller?

Before operating the HYGGER HG128 light in 24/7 mode, you must set the local time.

1. Press and hold the “SET” button. All time indications on the dial (1:00-12:00) will light up, and the 6:00 indicator light will flash.

2. Use the “+/-” buttons to set your local time. If the “PM” display lights up, this means you are in the second half of the day.

3. Press the “SET” button again to finish setting the time.

If the 24/7 mode is switched on, it will automatically activate when you exit the time setting. If 24/7 mode is switched off, it will remain deactivated when you exit the time setting.


How do I set the start and end time for the 24/7 mode on the HYGGER HG128?

1. First, set the local time using the “SET” button.

2. Press and hold the “24/7” button for three seconds to enter the setting mode. The START indicator will light up and the clock will flash.

3. Press the “+/-” button to select the desired start time for the lighting duration.

4. Press the “24/7” button once again. The END indicator will light up, and the START indicator will go out.

5. Press the “+/-” button to select the end time of the lighting duration. The interval should not exceed 24 hours.

6. Press the “24/7” button again to save the settings and exit. The clock indicator will light up and the setting will start to run.

Please note: If the start and end times are the same, the settings are indicated by the same indicator light. For example, if the light switches on and off at 6 o’clock, the 6 o’clock indicator light will flash.

The light will switch on at the same time every day for the selected duration and run through its cycle.

The light cycles for each duration are as follows:

4H lighting duration:
– First 15 min: Orange light gradually increases in intensity.
– Next 3 hours: Full white light.
– Next 15 min: Orange light.
– Last 30 min: Blue light (moonlight), then turns OFF.

6H lighting duration:
– First 15 min: Orange light gradually increases in intensity.
– Next 4.5 hours: Full white light.
– Next 15 min: Orange light.
– Last 1 hour: Blue light (moonlight), then turns OFF.

8H lighting duration:
– First 15 min: Orange light gradually increases in intensity.
– Next 6.5 hours: Full white light.
– Next 15 min: Orange light.
