What are the operating instructions for the HENDI 211533?
Clean the inside of tank with a non-abrasive detergent and rinse with clean water.
Make sure the tap is closed.
Fill the appliance up to the MAX level indicated on the inner wall of the reservoir.
Fasten the lid securely by turning it until it locks into place.
Plug the cord into the electric outlet, then turn the power switch “ON”. Indicator of power switch lights up.
Use the temperature setting knob to select the desired temperature (Maximum temperature setting is 100°C). The actual temperature can differ from the selected temperature. Orange LED lights up.
When the liquid has reached the selected temperature, the orange LED lights off.
Water boiler now ready to be served.
NOTE! This appliance is not suitable for use with milk and chocolate milk.
How do I empty the tank after using the HENDI 211533?
Turn off the appliance by switching off the switch and removing the plug from the socket.
Place a drip tray under the tap.
Open the tap and drain the beverage out of the tank.
When the tank has been emptied, close the tap.
How do I RESET the safety cut-out (Hi-limiter or thermal cut-out) on the HENDI 211533?
Please note that a RESET button is equipped with the appliance to avoid overheat.
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
Allow the appliance to completely cool down.
Press the RESET button of the Hi-limiter (thermal cut-out) (Fig.2 on page 3). You should hear a click sound.

1. Pour the solution in the appliance to maximum the”MAX” level.
2. Heat the solution by maximum temperature for 15mins.
3. Wait to allow the solution to loosen the build-up.
4. Rub lightly and gently with a brush with soft bristles.
5. Drain off the dirty water.
6. Repeat steps 1~5 until build-up has been removed.
7. Use a dry cloth to wipe the solution away.
8. When you drain off dirty water, leave the tap open and rinse the appliance with clean water till taste and smell are completely gone.
9. Now you can use the appliance again.
NOTE! Warranty is void if failure to de-scale regularly leads to reduced functioning or failure of the appliance.
