Do not use damaged product. Stop using immediately if the product shell is cracked due to falling, squeezing, or strong impact, to avoid touching the internal electronic components and getting an electric shock.

Please use only the accessories recommended by our factory to avoid fire, electric shock or personal injury. If an extension cord is required, use the original extension cord or one recommended by the manufacturer (an extension cord with a current rating greater than or equal to that of the equipment). Extension cords rated at less than that of the equipment may cause fire, electric shock, other serious personal injury hazards, or property damage.

Use only intact ground connection cables or ground extension cables that have been expressly recognized by the manufacturer for use in the operation of powered products. Damaged or twisted connection cables must be replaced immediately! The product has a long input power cord, so please place the power cord in a safe position to avoid it coming into contact with overheated objects, being improperly placed and causing damage by pulling, or tripping over on-site personnel.

Do not disassemble the product without permission. If the product malfunctions, it must be checked and repaired by authorized maintenance personnel. If the lamp bead is damaged or deformed by heat, stop using it, and contact the manufacturer, service agent or qualified maintenance personnel to replace the lamp bead in time to avoid accidents.

Do not use and store this product in explosive atmospheres (near flammable volatile solvents such as alcohol, gasoline, or gases such as methane and ethane).

When cleaning and repairing the product, turn off the power before unplugging the product’s power cord from the power outlet. When not in use, do not pull the power cord to unplug the product from the power outlet. Unplug the product from the power outlet by grasping both ends of the plug with your hands.

This equipment is not waterproof, please keep it dry and do not immerse it in water or other liquids. The equipment should be installed in a dry and ventilated place, and avoid using it in rainy, humid, dusty or overheated environments.

Do not block or cover the heat dissipation port of the product.

After use, the product should be completely cooled before packaging.

All transport protective materials and packages on the product must be removed before use.

When not in use, please turn off the product and stop the power supply promptly.

To prolong performance and service life, properly store and protect the diffusions AD32 and AD33 as follows:

1. The reel is equipped with velcro, which is an important storage tool for the diffusion and should not be discarded.

2. Roll the reel with the Velcro tightly and slowly horizontally according to the correct orientation, pay attention to the fit of diffusion and reel, and the diffusion should not be smaller than the outer diameter of the reel, then properly keep them after rolling up.

3. When taking out the diffusion, tear the velcro lightly and slowly, do not tear it to the end with force.

4. Improper operation of the diffusion may cause cracking, blistering and other damages, which will not be covered by the warranty.

Place the diffusion with the wire side up, stick it flat onto the bracket with Velcro.

Connect one end of the AC signal control cable to the cable of the diffusion.

Connect the other end of the AC signal control cable into the AC input port of the controller (AD00-01 or AD00-02).

Insert one end of the D-TAP to USB-C adapter cable into a separately purchased V-mount battery.

Insert the other end (USB-C) into the controller AD00-01.

Insert one separately purchased 7.4V NPF battery into the NPF battery slot of the controller AD00-02.

Insert one end of the USB-C data cable into the power source.

Insert the other end into the USB-C port of the controller (AD00-01 or AD00-02).

Note: The USB-C data cable is not included with controller AD00-02 and needs to be purchased separately.

After connecting the power, turn the controller switch button to < | > to turn on the power.

Turn the controller switch button to < O > to turn off the power.

Rotate the SET button clockwise to increase the luminousness percentage.

Rotate the SET button counter-clockwise to decrease the luminousness percentage.

Press the SET button to switch between adjusting Luminousness, Speed, and Light Reduction.

Press the SET button until the Speed setting (SPD:) is highlighted.

Rotate the SET button clockwise to increase the speed (up to 4).

Rotate the SET button counter-clockwise to decrease the speed (down to 1).

Press the SET button until the Light Reduction (EV) setting is highlighted.

Rotate the SET button clockwise to increase the EV value (towards -0.1).

Rotate the SET button counter-clockwise to decrease the EV value (towards -2.0).

Rotate the SET button clockwise to increase the luminousness percentage.

Rotate the SET button counter-clockwise to decrease the luminousness percentage.

Press the SET button to switch between adjusting Luminousness, Speed, and Light Reduction.

Press the SET button until the Speed setting (SPD:) is highlighted.

Rotate the SET button clockwise to increase the speed (up to 4).

Rotate the SET button counter-clockwise to decrease the speed (down to 1).

Press the SET button until the Light Reduction (EV) setting is highlighted.

Rotate the SET button clockwise to increase the EV value (towards -0.1).

Rotate the SET button counter-clockwise to decrease the EV value (towards -2.0).

Align the antenna with the interface on the controller.

Rotate the antenna clockwise to lock it.

The Controller AD00-01 can connect wirelessly via CRMX to a LumenRadio CRMX TX or a DMX512 controller connected to a CRMX TX.

Refer to the CRMX menu settings to configure the connection (Mode: RX, Status: Link/Unlink).

Connect a DMX cable from the DMX512 controller’s output to the DMX IN port on the AD00-01.

For multi-connection (daisy-chaining), connect a DMX cable from the DMX OUT port of the first AD00-01 to the DMX IN port of the next controller.

Insert a separately purchased DMX adapter cable (DMX-C2) into the USB-C port of the controller AD00-02. This equips the fixture with DMX outputs and inputs.

Connect a separately purchased DMX cable from the DMX512 controller’s output to the DMX input on the adapter cable.

For multi-connection, connect a DMX cable from the DMX output on the adapter cable of the first AD00-02 to the DMX input on the adapter cable of the next controller.

Note: The DMX512 connection illustration shows the concept; the controller and connecting cable are sold separately.

Press the MENU button to enter the menu interface.

Rotate the SET button to navigate through setting options.

Press the SET button to enter a selected setting option or confirm an adjustment.

Press the MENU button to return to the previous menu level or exit the menu interface.

Note: The menu interface shown is based on AD00-01; AD00-02 does not have the CRMX function.

Navigate to the ‘Type’ option in the main menu and press the SET button.

Rotate the SET button to choose among AD33, AD32, or AD21.

Press the SET button to confirm the selection.

Navigate to the ‘DMX’ option in the main menu and press the SET button.

Rotate and press the SET button to adjust the following parameters:

Note: The CRMX function is only available for controller AD00-01.

Navigate to the ‘Bluetooth’ option in the main menu and press the SET button.

Rotate and press the SET button to turn Bluetooth ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’.

Navigate to ‘Reset’, select ‘Reset’, and press the SET button to reset Bluetooth settings.

The MAC code is displayed on the corner of the Bluetooth settings screen for quick check (e.g., MAC: FD92).

Scan the QR code provided in the manual to download the “Godox Light” smartphone app (available for Android and iOS).

Note 1: The app can be used directly on the first device (smartphone or iPad) it’s installed on. If switching to another mobile device, the light needs to be reset before connecting to the app.

Note 2: The app should be version 3.0 or above.

Open the Godox Light app.

Enter a scene and click “+” to add a fixture.

Click the “…” icon next to the added fixture to display more settings.

Choose ‘Firmware Upgrade’.

The app will show the status for Bluetooth firmware and MCU firmware. Follow app instructions to upgrade if necessary.

Navigate to the ‘Frequency’ option in the main menu and press the SET button.

Rotate the SET button to select ‘Default’ or ‘Other’.

If ‘Other’ is selected, rotate the SET button to choose a gear (1st-5th gear).

Press the SET button to confirm the selection.

Navigate to the ‘Follow’ option in the main menu and press the SET button.

Rotate the SET button to select ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’ for the lead mode.

Press the SET button to confirm the selection.

Note: The DMX mode of the device under control is 03: Ultimate 8 Bit by default in lead mode.

Navigate to the ‘Display’ option in the main menu and press the SET button.

Rotate the SET button to adjust the ‘Brightness’ from 10% to 100%.

Press the SET button to confirm the selection.

Navigate to the ‘Language’ option in the main menu and press the SET button.

Rotate the SET button to select between simplified Chinese (中文) and English.

Press the SET button to confirm the selection.

Navigate to the ‘Version & Upgrade’ option in the main menu and press the SET button.

The current firmware version (e.g., V1.00) and upgrade instructions will be displayed.

1. Download the new firmware to a U disk from the official Godox website (https://www.godox.com/firmware-continuous-light).

2. Turn off the device (Controller AD00-01).

3. Insert the U disk with the new firmware into the USB-A port.

4. Turn on the device. It will automatically enter the upgrading interface.

5. The device will return to the main interface after the upgrade is complete.

Notes:

1. New firmware must be downloaded from the official website, and keep only one BIN file in the root directory of the USB disk.

2. The USB-A port can only support output voltage and current of 5V=1.5A. Do not connect to over-rated USB devices.

3. The USB-A port is only available for controller AD00-01. For controller AD00-02, please upgrade using the “Godox Light” app.

Navigate to the ‘Factory Reset’ option in the main menu and press the SET button.

Rotate the SET button to choose ‘Apply’ or ‘Cancel’.

Press the SET button on ‘Apply’ to perform the reset, or on ‘Cancel’ to exit without resetting.

Navigate to the ‘Fixture Info’ option in the main menu and press the SET button.

The interface will display basic product information.
