Before first use, download the FOREO For You mobile app to unlock and register your FOREO LUNA 4 PLAY. Follow these simple steps:

1. Download the FOREO For You app on your mobile phone.

2. Log in to your existing account, or sign up for a new one.

3. Add device (on the top of your screen).

4. Choose the device series.

5. Follow the instructions on the app and fill in the purchase information.

Your FOREO LUNA 4 PLAY may be locked when first unboxed. To unlock it, hold down the + and – buttons together. The light will flash to indicate that your device is unlocked.

THICKER TOUCHPOINTS: Provide a deep precision cleansing of oilier areas such as the T-zone.

THINNER TOUCHPOINTS: Gently cleanse balanced or sensitive skin, and larger areas like the cheeks or neck.

T-SONIC™ PULSATIONS: 8 adjustable intensities & up to 8,000 pulsations per minute for deep and effective cleansing.

INDICATOR LIGHT: Indicates low battery, charging status, Bluetooth pairing mode, and Remote Control mode.

1. APPLY CLEANSER: Apply your facial cleanser evenly over a damp face & neck. For optimal results, we recommend FOREO Micro-Foam Cleanser, because it transforms into delicate microbubbles that work very well with the FOREO LUNA 4 PLAY.

2. CLEANSE: Wet the FOREO LUNA 4 PLAY. Then press the universal button to turn on your device. You can adjust the intensity of the T-Sonic™ pulsations with the + and – buttons. Then glide the device in circular motions over your face & neck for up to 1 minute, or until skin is cleansed.

3. RINSE: Once finished, press the universal button to turn off the FOREO LUNA 4 PLAY, (or it will automatically turn off after 1 min). Then rinse your face & neck, and the device.

Avoid using clay-based, silicone-based or grainy cleansers, exfoliators or scrubs, as they may damage the soft silicone touchpoints of your FOREO LUNA 4 PLAY.

Always clean the FOREO LUNA 4 PLAY thoroughly after use. Wash the brush surface with water and soap, then rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. For optimal results, we recommend spraying the device with FOREO Silicone Cleaning Spray once a week, and rinsing with warm water.

NOTE: Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone, as they may irritate the skin and damage the silicone.

• If you have a skin condition or any medical concerns, please consult a dermatologist before use.

• Cleansing with the FOREO LUNA 4 PLAY should be comfortable – if you experience discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.

• Exercise particular care when cleansing the under-eye regions and do not bring the device into contact with the eyelids or eyes themselves.

• For reasons of hygiene, we do not recommend sharing your FOREO LUNA 4 PLAY with anyone else.

• Avoid leaving your FOREO LUNA 4 PLAY in direct sunlight and never expose it to extreme heat or boiling water.

• Close supervision is necessary when this device is used by, on, or near children and those with reduced physical and mental abilities.

• Discontinue use if this product appears damaged in any way. This product contains no serviceable parts.

• Given the efficiency of the FOREO cleansing routine, we recommend that you do not use the FOREO LUNA 4 PLAY for more than 3 minutes at a time.

• Use this device only for its intended use as described in this manual.

If your FOREO LUNA 4 PLAY is not activated when pressing the universal button:

• The battery is dead. Recharge using the USB charging cable for up to 2 hours until fully charged, and then restart your device by holding down the universal button.

• The interface is locked. Unlock it by holding down the + and – buttons together.

The microprocessor may be temporarily malfunctioning. Press and hold the universal button to restart the device.

• Ensure that your device is fully charged and that your Bluetooth is turned on.

• Switch your Bluetooth off and then on again to try reconnecting.

• Close the FOREO app and then reopen it to restart the process.

• Delete and reinstall the application – perhaps the application simply needs to be updated. After deleting and reinstalling the application, make sure to restart your phone.

• Delete your phone’s cookies and cache memory.

NOTE: This process is not reversible. This action must only be undertaken when the device is ready to be disposed of.

Because the FOREO LUNA 4 PLAY contains a lithium-ion battery, the battery must be removed before disposal and should not be thrown away with household waste. To remove the battery, open the inner plastic shell after removing the silicone outer layer and remove the battery to be disposed of in accordance with your local environmental regulations. Wear gloves during this process for your safety.
