Here are the functions of the main buttons on the control panel:

A. Wash Cycle Selector: Turn the knob to the desired setting to select a cycle. To switch off the appliance, return the linear mark to the power button symbol.

B. Temperature Button: Press to change the water temperature for the current cycle. The selected temperature will be illuminated on the display.

C. Speed Button: Press to change the spin speed for the current cycle. The selected speed will be illuminated on the display.

D. Steam Button: Press to set the steam wash cycle.

E. Rinse Button: Press to change the rinse count for the current cycle.

F. Delay End Button: Press to set the wash cycle end time.

G. One Touch Button: Press to activate the one touch cycle.

H. Start/Pause Button: Long press to start the wash cycle. Once started, long press again to pause the cycle. To resume a paused cycle, long press the button again.

The digital display shows the following information:

1. TEMPERATURE: When a program is selected, the default temperature value appears. You can change it by pressing the temp button. If all temperature values are off, the machine is using cold water.

2. SPINNING SPEED: When a program is selected, the default spinning speed appears. You can change it by pressing the speed button. If all speed values are off, the machine has completed its final drain process.

3. DOOR LOCK: The lit symbol indicates the door is locked. Wait for the symbol to turn off before opening the door.

4. CHILD LOCK: The lit symbol indicates the child lock is activated, and the control panel is locked (except for the OFF position).

5. DELAY END: The lit symbol indicates the delay end function is activated. A countdown to the end of the cycle will appear.

6. ONE TOUCH: The lit symbol indicates the one touch wash program is selected.

7. RINSE COUNT: When the symbol is lit, you can select the rinse count, and the selected count will appear on the display.

8. DIGITAL DISPLAY: This area shows the wash cycle remaining time, delay end time, rinse count, or a fault code.

The One Touch wash cycle intelligently detects the weight of laundry and adjusts the washing time and temperature accordingly. You can enter this cycle in one of three ways:

1. When the washer is off, press and hold the one-touch button for at least 3 seconds. The m-smart wash cycle will run directly, and the one-touch indicator light will illuminate.

2. When the washer is on, press and hold the one-touch button for at least 3 seconds. The one-touch wash cycle will run directly, and the indicator light will illuminate.

3. When the washer is on, short press the one-touch button. The indicator light will illuminate. Then, press the start/pause button to run the cycle.

BABY CARE: This cycle is designed for dirt typical of children’s garments and effectively removes any traces of residual detergent.

DOWN JACKET:

• Use this cycle for single down items (not exceeding 2.0kg), cushions, or clothes padded with goose down.

• Place items in the drum with their edges folded inwards and do not fill more than 3/4 of the drum volume.

• It is recommended to use liquid detergent placed inside the detergent dispenser drawer.

WOOL:

1. Before washing, confirm the clothes have a “machine washable” label.

2. After the cycle, remove the clothes quickly to avoid deformation.

3. The water temperature should not exceed 40°C.

4. For best results, use a special detergent for wool and do not exceed 1.0 kg of laundry.

DELAY END:

1. After selecting your wash program but before pressing start, press the delay end button repeatedly until the desired end time is displayed (e.g., 8h). You can set it in one-hour increments up to 24 hours.

2. The set time includes the cycle duration. For example, for a 1hr 30min cycle with an 8h delay end, the display shows 8h and counts down for approximately 6h 30min before the cycle begins.

CHILD LOCK:

1. To activate or cancel the Child Lock, long press the SPEED button for 3 seconds during operation.

2. When activated, the indicator light illuminates, the door is locked, and all buttons on the control panel (except the selector knob) will not respond.

3. You can turn the machine off with the selector knob. When turned on again, the machine will resume the program it was on before being turned off.

STEAM:

This cycle is designed for cotton clothes that are not easy to fade. Steam treatment can reduce wrinkles, reach an ideal humidity level for easier ironing, and get rid of peculiar smells.

CANCELLING THE BUZZER:

Press and hold the SPEED button and the ONE TOUCH button together for at least 3 seconds. This will turn off the buzzer that sounds during the washing cycle.

ACTIVATING THE BUZZER:

Perform the same operation as for cancelling. The buzzer setting will be activated after one beep.

ADDING CLOTHES DURING AN ACTIVE CYCLE:

1. When the program is running, long press the START/PAUSE button to pause the machine.

2. If the water level and temperature are not too high, the door lock indicator light will turn off, allowing you to open the door and add clothes.

3. After adding clothes, close the door and long press the START/PAUSE button again to continue the cycle.

1. UNPACKING AND CARRYING:

• Remove all packaging. To remove the carton base, carefully lay the washer on its side. Do not lay it on its back or front.

• To carry the appliance, tilt it backward. One person should hold the top plate from behind, and another should hold the bottom front panel. Never lift it by yourself.

2. REMOVING TRANSPORT BOLTS:

• Before first use, you must remove all 4 transport bolts from the back of the machine using the supplied wrench.

• Remove the four spacers. They will fall to the floor when you tip the machine.

• Insert the four cover caps (found in the accessories bag) into the openings.

3. LOCATION:

• Install the appliance on a level and stable surface, not in a damp area or one exposed to rain or direct sunlight.

• Ensure adequate ventilation: 3cm or more above, 5cm or more behind, 2cm or more on the left and right sides, and 64cm or more in front.

4. LEVELLING THE APPLIANCE:

• Adjust the feet as required to level the washer. Use a spirit level to check it is level side-to-side and front-to-rear.

• Press down on each corner to ensure it doesn’t “wobble”. All feet must press equally against the floor.

• Once level, tighten the locknuts against the bottom of the washer to lock the feet in place.

5. CONNECTING HOSES:

• Connect one end of the water inlet hose to a cold water tap and the other end to the inlet valve on the rear of the appliance. Tighten by hand.

• Connect the drain hose to a standpipe, sink siphon, or wash basin. The height of the drainage point must be between 60cm and 100cm from the floor.

Your new washer was tested at the factory, so a small amount of water may remain. Before your first load of laundry, run a Drum Clean cycle with no laundry to clean the system.

1. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of detergent to chamber I.

2. Run the Drum Clean cycle.

3. Wait for the cycle to finish.

Additionally, before washing clothes:

• Remove any loose or metal objects from laundry pockets (coins, paper clips, etc.).

• Close zips and button up items.

• Use a net bag or pillowcase for small items like tights and socks.

• Sort laundry by color, degree of soiling, and recommended wash temperature.

If using liquid detergent, it is recommended that you do not use the time delay function. Please follow the dosage displayed on the detergent packaging.

1. LOAD LAUNDRY: Open the door and load articles one at a time, loosely, without overfilling. Observe the load sizes given in the wash cycle table.

2. CLOSE DOOR: Ensure no laundry is caught between the door glass and rubber seal. Close the door until it clicks shut.

3. OPEN WATER TAP: Make sure the machine is connected to the water mains and open the tap.

4. ADD DETERGENT: Pull out the detergent dispenser. Add powder detergent to compartment 1, liquid detergent to compartment 2, and additives/softener to compartment 3. Do not exceed the Max fill line.

5. SET THE PROGRAM: Select the desired program with the wash cycle selector knob. The default temperature and spin speed will be displayed.

• Change Temperature (Optional): Press the temp button to adjust.

• Change Spin Speed (Optional): Press the speed button to adjust.

• Select Options (Optional): Press the relevant button to select an option.

6. START PROGRAM: Press the START/PAUSE button. The door will lock, and the cycle will begin.

7. END OF CYCLE: At the end of the cycle, “End” is shown on the display. The door can be opened when the DOOR LOCK indicator turns off. Turn the wash cycle selector knob to the OFF position. Leave the door ajar to let the interior dry.

EXTERIOR: Use hot soapy water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaning agent. Rub dry with a soft towel. Do not use high-pressure spray or flammable solvents.

DRUM: To remove rust spots from metallic debris, use a chlorine-free cleaning agent according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Never use steel wool.

WATER INLET HOSE: Check the hose at least once a year for cracks and replace it immediately if any are found.

DETERGENT DISPENSER:

1. Open the tray fully, press down on the drawer catch, and pull the tray out.

2. Remove the liquid detergent cover.

3. Clean the cover and tray under running water.

4. Re-attach the cover and slide the tray back in securely.

MESH FILTER (at tap):

1. Close the water tap and unscrew the water inlet hose.

2. Clean the mesh filter at the hose’s end with a fine brush.

MESH FILTER (at machine):

1. Unscrew the inlet hose from the back of the washer.

2. Pull out the mesh filter from the valve with pliers and clean it.

3. Re-insert the filter and reconnect the hose.

DRAIN PUMP:

1. If the machine hasn’t drained, run a Spin cycle with the spin speed turned off to drain the water.

2. Switch off and unplug the appliance.

3. Open the drain filter cover at the bottom of the machine.

4. Use the pull-out drain hose to drain any remaining water into a container.

5. Turn the pump cover to remove it. Clean the interior of the pump housing, removing any debris. Ensure the impeller can turn freely.

6. Replace the pump cover, screwing it tightly into a vertical position, and close the drain filter cover.

If the machine does not switch on:

• Ensure the appliance is plugged into the socket fully.

• Check that there is power to the socket or that the fuse in the mains plug has not blown.

If the wash cycle does not start:

• Make sure the door is closed properly.

• Check that the on/off button has been pressed.

• Ensure the start/pause button has been pressed.

• Confirm the water tap has been turned on to allow water to flow into the washer.

• Check if a delayed start has been set.

If the machine does not fill with water (or shows “E02”):

• Check if the water inlet hose is kinked.

• Ensure the water inlet hose is connected to the water supply.

• The water pressure may be too low.

• The water tap must be turned on.

• Check if there is a water supply to the house.

• The inlet valve filter may be blocked.

• The start/pause button must be pressed.

If the machine continuously fills with water and drains away:

• The top of the drain hose may be too low. It must be fitted at a height between 65 and 100 cm from the floor.

• The drain hose may be connected incorrectly to the sink trap, allowing water to run into the machine. The drain hose must be positioned higher than the bottom of the sink.

• The end of the drain hose may be pushed too far down the standpipe. The “u” bracket should be fitted 100mm from the end of the drain hose.

If the machine does not drain or spin (or shows “E03”):

• The pump filter may be blocked.

• The drain hose may be kinked.

• If newly installed under a sink, the blanking cap or spigot may not have been removed.

• The drain hose or sink trap may be blocked.

If the machine does not spin:

• The spin cycle may be turned off (check the display to see if all spinning speed value indicators are off).

If the machine won’t spin properly:

• An “out of balance” condition may have been detected. The washer will try to redistribute the load before attempting to spin again. This is a safety feature to prevent damage and can be caused by washing a single heavy item.

If the machine vibrates a lot during the spin cycle:

• The feet have not been adjusted correctly, causing the machine to rock.

• For a new installation, check that the transit bolts and plastic spacers have been removed.

• The washer may be trapped between cabinets or walls.

If the program takes too long:

• Program times can vary due to water pressure, incoming water temperature, and if the wash load goes out of balance. The machine will extend the time to correct the balance before spinning.

If the machine smells:

• The washer requires a service wash. Run a “Drum Clean” cycle with detergent and no laundry.
