To set up your BOSCH VITAPOWER 2 MMB211, follow these steps:

1. Place the appliance on a stable, level, clean, and flat work surface.

2. Do not insert the mains plug at this stage.

Follow these steps to process food with your BOSCH VITAPOWER 2 MMB211:

1. Fill the To-Go blender jug with your ingredients.

2. Screw the To-Go blade insert onto the jug.

3. Place the assembled jug onto the main unit.

4. Turn the jug clockwise until it clicks and locks into place. The position markings must match up.

5. Press the “ON” button to start blending.

6. Once finished, turn the jug anti-clockwise to the “OFF” position and then lift it off the main unit.

7. Turn the jug upside down and unscrew the blade insert.

8. Screw the lid with the closable mouthpiece onto the jug.

Note on processing:

• Before mixing, cut ingredients into cubes approximately 1 cm in size.

• Add ingredients in the following order: liquids, dry products, fresh fruit and vegetables, leaf vegetables, ice cubes.

• Use sufficient liquid when mixing solid food.

• Do not use it to chop ingredients like almonds, onions, parsley, and meat.

• Do not make pancake batter or mayonnaise.

• Do not chop up ice cubes to make crushed ice (e.g., for cocktails).

To properly clean your BOSCH VITAPOWER 2 MMB211, clean all parts immediately after use so that residues do not dry on. Before cleaning, separate the assembled parts.

General Cleaning Rules:

• Do not use cleaning agents containing alcohol or spirits.

• Do not use sharp, pointed, or metal objects.

• Do not use abrasive cloths or cleaning agents.

• Never set the blade insert down with the blade facing downwards.

You can make a delicious Carrot Soup with your BOSCH VITAPOWER 2 MMB211.

Ingredients:

• 240 g carrots

• 60 g potatoes

• 20 g onions

• 280 g cold vegetable stock

• 150 g cream

• 1 tsp tomato purée

• 1 pinch dried thyme

• Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking method:

1. Peel the vegetables and cut into cubes 1 x 1 cm in size.

2. Add the vegetables and the cold vegetable stock to the To-Go blender jug.

3. Blend the ingredients for 8 seconds.

4. Add the blended ingredients to a pan and bring to the boil.

5. Add the other ingredients and cook for 15 minutes.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

If your BOSCH VITAPOWER 2 MMB211 is not working, it may have no power supply. Please check whether your appliance is supplied with power.

If the To-Go blender jug cannot be placed on the main unit, the To-Go blade insert is likely not screwed on correctly. The safety catch prevents it from being put on. To fix this, turn the To-Go blade insert clockwise as far as possible until the markings match up.

If the lid is leaking, the seal is likely missing from the lid. To resolve this, simply insert the seal into the lid.
