To turn the BELLHOPE ROC-1 on, long press the power switch button. To turn it off, long press the button again. When the working state light is green, the heating is on (red light indicator).

The BELLHOPE ROC-1 defaults to power on whacking and kneading mode. You can switch modes by short pressing the “M” button to toggle the sequential cycle.

The heating function powers on by default. To turn off the heating (indicated by a green light), short press the heating button. To turn the heating back on (indicated by a red light), short press the button again.

There are three levels of strength available on the BELLHOPE ROC-1. It powers on to the default high-grade strength. To adjust the level, short press the intensity button to cycle through low, middle, and high levels.

When charging, the red light is breathing. When fully charged, the green light is always on. Note that you cannot turn on the power while the BELLHOPE ROC-1 is in the charging state.

It is recommended that each massage of the same part of the time should not exceed 10 minutes. If you feel uncomfortable during the massage, please stop using it immediately.

When the massage pillow is not in use, please make sure the power plug has been unplugged from the socket.

If the charging is faulty, please unplug the charger in time.

Long time not use of the rechargeable battery will shorten the battery life; it is recommended to charge at least 1-2 times a month.

Before the product is discarded, the battery must be removed from the product. When removing the battery, the product must be disconnected from the power supply. First, open the holster and use a screwdriver to unscrew the shell, remove the shell to remove the battery. The removed battery should be handed over to the battery recycling department for disposal or put into a battery recycling box.

Cleaning Method:

Before cleaning, please unplug the BELLHOPE ROC-1 from the power supply and wipe it gently with a soft, slightly damp sponge or soft cloth.

The product shall not be moistened in any liquid, and shall not be rinsed directly with water or any liquid directly.

Additionally, this product is not recommended for people with physical disabilities, sensory or neurological deficiencies or lack of experience and common sense (including children, the mentally ill, the physically paralyzed, etc.) to use, if necessary, must be used under the supervision and guidance of their guardians.
