The main components of the BAUHN ALEDNB-0825-H are:

The door hanging light box is powered by 3 x AAA alkaline batteries, which are pre-installed. To operate it, press the switch on the side to turn the LED light of the noteboard on or off.

There are two ways to mount the BAUHN ALEDNB-0825-H:

• The door hanging light box can hang from a door knob or anywhere suitable using the built-in hook.

• Alternatively, the door hanging light box can be placed on metal surfaces (e.g., fridge door) using the built-in magnets on the back.

The LED light brightness will drop when the remaining battery capacity is low.

When the batteries require replacement, replace with 3 x AAA alkaline batteries. Follow the polarity (+/-) diagram in the compartment. Do not mix old and new batteries, or mix different brands or types of batteries.

Note: Replace the battery in a timely manner when the power is low, as failing to do so may lead to liquid leakage and potential damage to the device.

If the screen is not lighting up, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Press the switch to turn it on.

• Check the batteries are in good condition.

• Replace batteries as necessary.

• Check if the batteries are empty. Replace as necessary.

This appliance is only intended for household use. It is not intended for use in, and the guarantee will not apply for:

• Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments.

• By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments.

MAINTENANCE

• Keep the device dry. Do not let the device or power adaptor come into contact with water vapour or operate it with wet hands. Contact with water will cause the device to short-circuit, corrode or cause electric shock.

• Do not shake the equipment and power adaptor excessively, which may cause device failure, fire or explosion.

• Do not expose the device to very low or very high temperatures, which may cause device failure, fire or explosion.

• Do not disassemble the device and accessories. Disassembly by unauthorised persons will void the warranty.

CLEANING

• Unplug the unit from the power outlet before cleaning. Clean the unit only with a dry, clean cloth. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.

• Clean the housing of the device lightly with a dry or moist cotton cloth. Do not use alcohol, thinners, benzene or any other chemical cleaners.
