How do I install the connection node to the water supply for the AQUAPHOR RO PRO 100 H20-C?
Follow these steps to install the connection node:
1. Shut off the cold water line and relieve excess pressure.
2. Make sure that there is a sealing gasket (3) in the clamping nut of the connecting node (2).
3. Connect the connecting node (2) to the pipeline. If necessary, use tread seal tape to seal the external thread of the node.
4. Close the inlet cock of the connecting node and supply water from the cold water supply line to make sure that the connection is tight (no leaks).
5. Pull the retaining clip (4) out from under the plastic sleeve of the connecting node (2).
6. Insert the pre-moistened end of the water filter tube (1) into the plastic sleeve of the connecting node (2) until it stops about 15 mm deep and house the clip (4).
7. Check the tightness of the tube (1) fastening: with a force of 80–100 N, the tube should not be pulled out.
8. Wrap threads of the connection node with Teflon tape if needed.
ATTENTION! The end of the pipeline must be flat where the connecting node is connected. Do not use excessive force when tightening the clamping nut. Otherwise, it will damage the gasket.
How do I install the drain clamp for the AQUAPHOR RO PRO 100 H20-C?
1. Remove the protective film from the gasket. Bond the gasket to the inside of the clamp so that the hole in the gasket matches the hole in the clamp fitting.
2. Place the clamp on the drain pipe and then tighten the bolts. The bolts should be tightened evenly so that the two pieces of the clamp are parallel.
3. Drill a 7 mm hole through the clamp connection.
4. Put a plastic nut on the free end of the drain tube and, inserting the tube into the drain clamp by 20–30 mm, screw the nut onto the fitting.
5. Connect the silicon tube to the drain of the water pan or a bucket.

How do I flush the AQUAPHOR RO PRO 100 H20-C after replacing the PRO 1 and PRO M cartridges?
1. After installing the new PRO 1 and PRO M cartridges, insert the service plug into the central slot (the slot for the PRO 100 reverse osmosis membrane unit).
2. Open the inlet tap, connect power supply, and power on. The machine will start producing water. The switch for heating should be off during this period.
3. After the machine completes water production, cut off the water and power supply. Connect a silicon tube to the “drain of hot water tank” and drain all the water into a bucket.
4. Power on again, let the machine produce water, and then drain the tank again. Repeat this process of filling and flushing 2 to 3 times. Check all connections for leaks during this process.
5. After flushing, remove the silicon tube from the “drain of hot water tank” and block the drain port.
6. Remove the service plug from the reverse osmosis membrane slot. If the PRO 100 cartridge does not need replacing, re-insert it. If you are also replacing the PRO 100, proceed to those instructions.
7. Cover the front panel. You can now open the inlet tap and power on the machine for normal use.
ATTENTION! After connecting the dispenser, wait until the tank is filled (about 30 minutes), otherwise overheating of the system and tripping of the fuse may occur.
