• Alert emergency services when a severe car crash has been detected: Your watch can detect a severe car crash and help alert emergency services.


How do I view my Medical ID on my APPLE WATCH SERIES SE 2ND GENERATION?

Your watch can display your Medical ID so that it’s available to someone attending to you in an emergency.

1. Press and hold the side button until the sliders appear.

2. Slide the Medical ID slider to the right.

3. Tap Done when you’re finished.

You can also open the Settings app on your watch, then go to SOS > Medical ID.


How can I contact emergency services using my APPLE WATCH SERIES SE 2ND GENERATION?

Do one of the following:

• Press and hold the side button until the sliders appear, then drag the Emergency Call slider to the right.

• Press and keep holding the side button until your watch issues a warning sound and starts a countdown. When the countdown ends, your watch calls emergency services.

• Say “Hey Siri, call 911.”

• Open the Messages app, tap New Message, tap Add Contact, tap the number pad button, then type 911. Tap Create Message, enter your message, then tap send.


How do I turn Crash Detection on or off on my APPLE WATCH SERIES SE 2ND GENERATION?

Crash Detection is on by default. You can turn off alerts and automatic emergency calls from Apple after a severe car crash by following these steps:

1. Open the Settings app on your APPLE WATCH SERIES SE 2ND GENERATION.

2. Go to SOS > Crash Detection, then turn off Call After Severe Crash.
