Please place the Inner Bowls inside the Outer Container in the following order: Soup Bowl Set, then Main Bowl Set, then Side Bowl Set (lg), and finally Side Bowl Set (sm).

Release the Locks located at the two positions to detach the Outer Lid, and then remove each bowl from the Outer Container.

For better heat or cold retention, preheat or precool the Outer Container, Main Bowl, and Soup Bowl by pouring a small amount of hot water or cold water into them, closing the Inner Lids, and letting them stand for 1 to 2 minutes. After preheating or precooling, discard the water and wipe off any moisture.

When you preheat the Soup Bowl or fill it with hot foods or beverages, pressure may build up inside. In this case, push a small stick with a rounded tip into the holes in the center of the Soup Bowl Inner Lid to release the pressure. Take care not to damage the Valve Packing.

When closing the Main Bowl Inner Lid, it will temporarily become difficult to close. Close it tightly by turning it until the triangle mark is aligned with the position of the rectangle mark on the Main Bowl.

Open the Side Bowl Inner Lid by pushing up from the tab. When finished, close the Side Bowl Inner Lid by interlocking the edges of the Side Bowl and Side Bowl Inner Lid to push out the air.

Remove the Gasket by lifting it up from the inside with a toothpick or similar tool, starting from the Notch in the Soup Bowl Inner Lid. Be careful not to scratch the Gasket.

When attaching the Gasket, please push the Gasket in from both sides towards the center. If there are parts of the Gasket that are twisted or bulging, fix them by evening them out with your fingertips.

The Valve Packing is fitted into the center of the Soup Bowl Inner Lid. Pinch the Valve Packing between your fingers and pull to remove it.

Push the projection on the Valve Packing securely into the center hole of the Soup Bowl Inner Lid. Ensure there is no foreign matter or dirt stuck to the underside or projecting part, as this may cause leakage.

When heating in a microwave, always remove the Inner Lid before microwaving. Do not place the Outer Container or aluminum foil in the microwave. Do not microwave any of the Inner Bowls while empty. Do not use the convection or grill function of a microwave. Do not microwave oily, greasy, or sugary foods for extended periods of time.

For the Outer Lid, Side Bowl Set, Main Bowl, Soup Bowl, Forked Spoon, and Forked Spoon Cover: Wash with a sponge dipped in lukewarm water and mild kitchen detergent. After rinsing, shake several times and thoroughly wipe dry.

For the Outer Container and Main Bowl Inner Lid: Wash with a sponge dipped in lukewarm water and mild kitchen detergent, then rinse clean with water and wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Do not soak these parts as water may get trapped inside.

For the Carry Bag: Wipe off any dirt with a soft cloth dipped in lukewarm water and mild kitchen detergent.

For the Inner Liner, Side Bowl Set, Main Bowl Set, Soup Bowl, and Soup Bowl Inner Lid: After washing thoroughly, wipe off moisture and leave in a well ventilated place in sunlight to dry for 1 to 2 hours.

For the Valve Packing and Gasket: Boil for 10 minutes in water with approximately 10% vinegar. After rinsing, wipe off moisture thoroughly to dry.
