The LCD display and indicator lights on your YUPOSL MUSHROOM YPF01 provide important status information:

LCD Display Icons:

• Meal Number (1-6): Indicates which scheduled meal’s settings are being displayed or adjusted.

• Locked Icon: A padlock symbol that shows when the control panel is locked to prevent accidental changes.

• Time or Portion Display: Shows the current time or the number of portions for a meal.

• AM/PM: Indicates whether the time is before noon (AM) or after noon (PM).

• Low Battery Icon: Appears when the batteries are low and need to be replaced.

• Food Blockage Icon: Appears when food is stuck in the dispenser.

Indicator Light Status:

Follow these steps to install your YUPOSL MUSHROOM YPF01:

1. Press the release button to open the lid. Place the desiccant bag into the desiccant holder under the lid.

2. Add dry pet food to the food tank.

3. Close and lock the lid securely.

4. Attach the bowl tray to the base of the feeder and place the stainless steel bowl into the tray.

The YUPOSL MUSHROOM YPF01 features dual power modes for reliability.

Power On:

1. Connect the power cable to the power adapter and plug it into a wall outlet. Connect the other end to the power port on the feeder base.

2. For backup power in case of an outage, install 3 x D alkaline batteries in the battery compartment on the bottom of the feeder.

3. The feeder can also run on batteries alone.

Power Off:

To power off the feeder, unplug the power cable and remove the batteries.

Note: The feeder can work well only when its time is consistent with the current time.

1. After the feeder is powered on, press and hold the Setting Button for about 3 seconds. The hour digit will flash.

2. Press the Up/Down button to set the correct hour, then press the Setting Button to confirm.

3. The minute digits will now flash. Press the Up/Down button to set the minutes, then press the Setting Button to confirm.

4. The AM/PM icon will flash. Press the Up/Down button to choose AM or PM, then press the Setting Button to confirm. The current time setting is now complete.

After setting the current time, you can program the feeding schedule. You can set up to 6 meals.

1. Setting the Feeding Time:

• The meal number ‘1’ and the hour digit will flash simultaneously. Press the Up/Down button to set the hour for the first meal.

• Choose AM or PM, and then press the Setting button to confirm the time for the first meal.

2. Setting the Feeding Portion:

• After the feeding time is set, the meal number ‘1’ and the portion digit will flash simultaneously.

• Press the Up/Down button to set the desired number of portions for the first meal (1-16), and then press the Setting button to confirm.

The feeding plan for the first meal is now set. Repeat the above steps to set meals 2 through 6 if desired.

Please note the following when setting up a feeding plan on your YUPOSL MUSHROOM YPF01:

• You can set up to 6 meals per day.

• The maximum portion per meal is 16.

• Each portion is approximately 1/24 cup (10.4ml).

The following table provides recommended feeding plans based on daily food intake. Each portion is approximately 1/24 cup (10.4ml).

Follow these instructions for cleaning and maintenance:

Cleaning Procedure:

1. Unplug the feeder before cleaning.

2. Remove the food tank, stainless steel bowl, and bottom tray from the base.

3. Rinse the food tank and stainless steel bowl. You can use detergent. After rinsing, wipe dry or air dry all parts completely before reassembling.

4. Do not wash or soak the feeder base in water, as it contains electronic components. Use a dry or slightly damp cloth to clean the base.

Important Care Notes:

• To keep food from moisture, ensure all parts are completely dry after cleaning.

• For the health of your pets, if you use detergent, rinse the parts thoroughly.

• To keep food fresh, replace the desiccant bag once a month.

If the buttons do not work, the control panel is likely locked. Press and hold the Unlock Button for 3 seconds to unlock the panel and enter the setting mode.

While the feeder is in the locked state, you can press the Up (+) or Down (-) buttons to check the settings of each meal you have programmed.

If food won’t come out, please check the following:

1. Ensure the food in the tank is dry and the kibble size is within 2-15 mm (0.07-0.6 inches) in diameter.

2. Check if the food chute inside is blocked. If it is, remove the food tank and then clear the blockage.

3. Check the power status. Verify if the battery level is low, if the power adapter is properly connected, or if a power outage has occurred when using only the adapter without batteries installed.

No, this is not necessarily a fault. The first few portions dispensed may vary in amount. After about 6 feedings, the portion sizes should become consistent and even.

To reset the feeder, first make sure it is in the unlocked state. Then, press the Unlock/Return button and the OK/Setting button simultaneously for 3 seconds until all icons on the screen light up. The resetting is then complete.

Please adhere to the following safety instructions when using your pet feeder:

• Dispose of all packaging materials properly. Some items may be packed in plastic bags which could cause suffocation. Keep them away from children and pets.

• Do not use the feeder with pets that are not able to reach the food tray or with any physical disability.

• Do not immerse the base part in water at any time as it may damage electronic components like the control panel.

• Do not use the feeder outdoors. Check its operation frequently to ensure it is dispensing properly.

• Do not use wet, canned, or moist food. The feeder is suitable for dry food only, with kibble sizes ranging from 2-15mm (0.07-0.6in) in diameter. Larger kibble may get stuck.

• Do not disassemble the feeder other than as instructed in the user manual.

• Only use accessories recommended or sold by the manufacturer.

• Do not modify the pet feeder.

• Examine the feeder after installation. Do not plug it in if there is water on the power cable or plug.

• To avoid tripping, always position the power cable out of the way of foot traffic.

• Do not install or store the pet feeder where it will be exposed to weather or temperatures below 4°C (39.2°F).

• Use 3 x D alkaline batteries to power the feeder. Do not use rechargeable batteries.

• Check the batteries regularly. Before leaving for an extended period, always replace batteries with new ones.

• Do not lift the pet feeder by the lid, food tank, or food bowl. Lift and carry it using both hands and the base, while keeping the feeder in an upright position.

• Do not put your fingers into the food outlet or let your fingers touch the rotor.

• Power off the device when it’s not in use.

• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
