What should I do if one earbud of the WOYAX DOTS is not pairing with the other?
If one of the earbuds fails to pair with the other, follow these steps:
1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case, turn both off, then hold and press until you hear the sound “Woyax Dots” on both.
2. Keep both of them off, and press for 10 seconds until you hear “Woyax Dots” in the earbuds. The earbuds will restart. After they restart, wait for the red and blue lights on one earbud to flash, then double click the other earbud to connect. Once they are connected, you can search for the “Woyax Dots” name on your phone again to connect.
What should I do if the WOYAX DOTS only connect to one side?
If the connection only exists on one side, put the earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. After 2-3 seconds, the earbuds will automatically connect. If they do not, forget “Woyax Dots” from your phone’s Bluetooth settings and repeat the connection process.
How can I resolve connection issues if the WOYAX DOTS will not connect to my device?
1. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and turn off the earbuds. Then turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and turn on the earbuds so they will emit “Woyax Dots” again.
2. If they still fail to connect, delete the previous connection from your phone, then find the “Woyax Dots” in your Bluetooth list and reconnect.
