WARNINGS:

• Shock or fire hazard: The Power Cube generates the same potentially lethal AC power as a normal household wall outlet. Treat it with the same respect that you would any AC outlet.

• Explosion Hazard: Do not use this product around flammable fumes or gasses, such as in the bilge of a gasoline-powered boat, or near a propane tank. Do not use the Power Cube in an enclosure containing automotive-type lead-acid batteries, as they vent explosive hydrogen gas.

• When working on electrical equipment, always make sure that someone is nearby to help you in an emergency.

• Limitations on Use: The Power Cube has not been tested for use with life support systems or other medical equipment or devices. The user assumes all risk if medical devices are used with this product.

• Unit is Not Waterproof: Do not expose this unit to rain or heavy moisture.

• Do not disassemble the product in any way or pierce the product with sharp objects.

• During thunderstorms or stormy weather, please disconnect the AC charging or solar charging. If the product is struck by lightning, it may cause electric shock, fire, and other accidents.

CAUTIONS:

• Liquids should be avoided. Avoid immersing the product in water or getting it wet. Do not use in humid or rainy environments.

• If the product catches fire, it is recommended to use dry powder and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers.

• Do not block, obstruct, or impede the fan’s flow. Do not use or place this product in an unventilated or dusty area. Do not block vent holes on the side of the unit.

• Rest the product on a flat surface to prevent damage from falling over.

• Do not move the product during use.

• If ports are dirty, wipe the product with a dry, soft, clean cloth or paper towel after it has been turned off.

• Check the integrity of the product and accessories before each use. Do not use if damaged or broken.

• Ensure the product is kept out of reach of children and pets.

• When connecting to a refrigerator load, power fluctuation may cause the unit to shut down automatically. For refrigerators storing high-value items like medicines, long press and hold the light button to turn on the “NEVER OFF” state to ensure continuous power supply and monitor the power status.

• Do not insert an automotive cigarette lighter into the socket. There is no pop-out feature and excessive heat may damage the socket.

The LCD display provides the following information:

• Error Code: Displays a numerical code if there is an error.

• AC Input: Icon indicates when the unit is being charged via AC.

• AC Output: Icon indicates when the AC outlets are active.

• Car Charge: Icon indicates when the unit is being charged from a vehicle.

• Remaining Battery Percentage: Shows the current battery charge level (SOC) from 0-100%.

• Remaining Charge/Discharge Time: Estimates the time until fully charged or fully discharged based on current load.

• Over Temperature Warning: Icon appears when the unit is overheating.

• Low Temperature Warning: Icon appears when the unit is too cold.

• Fan Status: Icon indicates when the internal cooling fan is operating.

• PV Charge: Icon indicates when the unit is being charged by a solar panel (Photovoltaic).

• USB Output: Icon indicates when the USB ports are active.

• Cigarette Lighter: Icon indicates when the 12V DC automotive socket is active.

• Input Power: Shows the wattage being received during charging.

• Output Power: Shows the total wattage being drawn from the unit.

• Overload: Icon appears when the power draw exceeds the unit’s capacity.

Note: When the power station is being charged, the SOC (remaining battery capacity) icon will flicker.

The WAGAN TECH LITHIUM CUBE EX6 8838 features intelligent fast-charging technology with an AC input power of 600W, allowing it to charge from 0% to 100% in about 1.5 hours.

1. Use the official Wagan AC Charging Cable supplied with the unit.

2. Plug one end of the cable into the AC Charging input port on the back of the Lithium Cube.

3. Plug the other end of the cable into an AC wall outlet that supports a current of 10A or greater.

The default fast charging mode will be active when the product is turned on.

Use only the DC charging cable supplied with the unit. It takes about 6.5 hours to fully charge from a 12V car charger.

1. Note that the vehicle’s engine must be running while charging to avoid discharging the vehicle’s battery.

2. Plug the DC7909 charging cable into the Lithium Cube’s DC input port on the back of the unit.

3. Plug the other end of the DC charging cable into the vehicle’s accessory socket (cigarette lighter socket).

The DC Charging cable is fused at 15 amps to prevent damage from an inadvertent short.

The WAGAN TECH LITHIUM CUBE EX6 8838 has a built-in 10A MPPT solar controller capable of charging up to 200W. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge with a 200W PV solar panel. Do not use solar panels that have their own built-in solar controller.

1. Connect your solar panel to the Solar Charging Cable (DC7909 to Anderson Port Wire).

2. Plug the DC7909 end of the cable into the DC input port on the back of the Lithium Cube.

1. Turn On: Short press the main power switch to turn on the device. The screen will light up, and the main power indicator will enter a breathing light mode.

2. Turn Off: Press and hold the main power switch to turn off the power station.

If there is no operation for 5 minutes, the power station will enter a hibernation state and the LCD will automatically turn off. The LCD will light up again when there is a load change or operation. You can also press the main power button to turn the LCD on or off while the unit is on.

The automatic shutdown feature helps protect the battery from being fully depleted.

• Default Shutdown (Overall): In normal mode (power above 5%), if the AC output is off and there is no charge or discharge for 2 hours, the product will automatically shut down.

• Default Shutdown (AC Port): The default standby time for the AC output port is 1 hour. If there is no load on the AC port for 1 hour, the AC output power will automatically turn off.

• Disabling Auto-Shutdown (“NEVER OFF” mode): In normal mode, long press the LED light button to exit the automatic shutdown setting. The battery icon on the screen will flash. This is useful for AC equipment below 10W and pulse working equipment. Long press the LED light button again to re-enter the automatic shutdown setting (the battery icon will stop flashing).

Caution: The automatic shutdown setting is to protect the battery from low power. Exiting this setting may damage the battery life, so use it with caution.

Short press the LED light button to cycle through the four light modes:

1. Low light

2. Medium light

3. High light

4. SOS mode

5. Light off

The inverter can operate most AC appliances or a combination of appliances up to 600 watts total (1,000 watts peak). This inverter produces Pure Sine Wave (PSW) AC power.

1. Ensure the main power is turned on.

2. Connect the AC appliance(s) to any AC outlet.

3. Short press the AC output power switch to turn on the AC output. The AC output icon on the display should light up.

4. Turn on your AC appliance(s).

5. After use, turn off the AC appliance(s).

6. Short press the AC output power switch again to turn it off to save power.

7. Remove the AC appliance plug(s) from the outlets.

When there is no AC input (not charging), you can switch the AC off-grid output frequency between 50Hz and 60Hz. Long press the AC output button for 2 seconds to switch. The AC output icon will flash 3 times after a successful switch.

The unit is equipped with a standard 12V DC automotive socket and two DC5521 plug power ports (10A max shared). When the 12V DC output is on, the power station does not shut down automatically.

1. After the main power switch is turned on, press the 12V DC power switch to enable the DC output port. The DC symbol should show on the display.

2. Insert the 12V DC accessory plug into either the DC socket or a 5521 DC port.

3. Operate the appliance as usual.

4. After use, press the 12V DC output power switch again to turn it off.

5. Disconnect the accessory plug.

Overloading the DC port will trip a safety circuit. Remove the overload to restore power to the DC output ports.

The WAGAN TECH LITHIUM CUBE EX6 8838 has two 12W USB-A ports and two 100W USB-C PD charging ports. USB output is enabled by default after the main power switch is turned on.

1. Press the main power button. The screen will indicate that the USB output is enabled.

2. Insert a USB cable into the appropriate port.

Note: When the USB output exceeds 3W, the USB output wattage will be displayed on the screen.

The WAGAN TECH LITHIUM CUBE EX6 8838 supports an EPS (Emergency Backup Power) function, which is authenticated by UL and is UPS functionable. This function allows the unit to act as a backup power source in case of a grid power failure.

To use it, connect the power grid to the AC input port of the product. When grid power is available, the unit is in Bypass mode (AC power comes from the grid, not the battery). If the grid suddenly loses power, the product automatically switches to battery power supply mode within 10mS. At this point, it is in inverter mode (AC power comes from the battery).

This function does not support 0mS switching. Do not connect it to devices that require high uninterrupted power supply, such as data servers and workstations. It is recommended to use only one device at a time to avoid overload protection.

The Constant Power function allows you to power appliances that exceed the rated power of the device without disruption from overload protection. The inverter intelligently regulates the output power to maintain a constant actual output, allowing high-power appliances to operate reliably. This function is not enabled by default.

Enter/Exit Setting Interface:

Short press the LED light button and the DC output button at the same time to enter the setting interface. Short press the POWER button to cycle through the pages.

Turn Constant Power On/Off (Page 0):

1. On Page 0, short press the LED button to enter modification state (power percentage icon will flash).

2. Short press the POWER button to toggle the setting between ‘On’ and ‘OFF’.

3. Press the LED light button again to save the setting and exit the modification state.

Please note the following when using the constant power output function:

1. The function is not enabled by default.

2. The function is not enabled if AC output is on in charging status (bypass mode) or if the function is turned off.

3. When using an appliance that exceeds rated power, connect only one appliance.

4. The function is more suitable for heater and motor type loads and may not be suitable for precision instruments with voltage protection. Application is subject to actual testing.

1. Enter the setting interface by short pressing the LED light button and the DC output button at the same time.

2. Short press the POWER button to go to Page 1, which is for Restore Factory Setting. The default display is 0.

3. Short press the LED light button to enter the modification state (power percentage icon will flash).

4. Short press the POWER button to switch the value to 1.

5. With the value at 1, press the LED light button to exit the modification state and perform the operation of restoring factory settings. On completion, the displayed value will jump back to 0.

• Use or store the product in an environment with a temperature between 68°F (20°C) to 86°F (30°C), away from water, intense heat, and other sharp objects.

• If the remaining battery is less than 1% after use, recharge it to at least 60% before storing. If left idle for a long time with a severely low battery, irreversible damage may occur.

• For long-term storage, check the battery level every three months. Discharge to 0% then charge to 100%, and then discharge to 48%-52%.

• If the unit has been idle for too long with a severely low battery, it will enter hibernation mode. Recharge it before use.

• After charging or discharging, wait for more than 30 minutes before using it.

• Do not store the power station with a temperature above 113°F (45°C) or below 14°F (-10°C).

• Recharge the unit every 3 months.

• Make sure vents are clean and keep the unit dry.

Lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePO4).

2. What equipment can be connected to the AC output ports?

The AC output has high rating power and maximum power, which enables it to supply power to most household appliances. It is suggested to check the equipment power prior to connecting and make sure the power of all equipment is lower than the rated power.

3. How to know the supply time?

Time is shown on the LCD, which can be referred to for estimation for equipment with stable power consumption.

4. How to know it is charging?

When in charge, the LCD shows remaining charging time. The SOC (battery percentage) flickers, and input power is shown.

5. How to clean the unit?

Clean the unit with a dry, soft and clean cloth or tissue.

6. How to store the unit?

Turn it off and keep it in a dry and ventilated place. Do not expose it close to water. For long-term storage, charge and discharge every 3 months (discharge to 0%, charge to 100%, then discharge to 48%~52%).

7. Can it be taken on board an airplane?

No.

If a warning icon appears and does not disappear after restarting the device, stop using it immediately (do not try to charge or discharge). If none of the above information can solve the problem you encounter, please contact customer service for consultation.

If conditions permit, make sure the battery is fully discharged before disposing of it in a designated battery recycling bin. The product contains batteries with potentially harmful chemicals and is strictly prohibited from being disposed of in ordinary trash cans. Follow local laws and regulations on battery recycling and disposal.

If the battery cannot be fully discharged due to a product failure, do not dispose of it directly in the battery recycling bin. In such a case, you should contact a professional battery recycling organization for further processing.
