2. Remove the defective Lambda probe from the vehicle.

3. Place the new uniform probe and the old defective probe next to each other so that the sensor housings are at the same height.

4. Tie back any excess length in the new uniform probe’s cable (approx. 50 – 250 mm) to match the length of the old probe’s cable. Secure the loop with cable ties.
