How does the RMS Technology work on the VERTEX ADROIT?

RMS (Multi-Response Search) Technology has two modes:

Active Search: This technology works by sending specialized frequencies to stimulate electrostatic fields that form around metals buried for long periods. The interaction between metals and the environment causes an accumulation of electrostatic charges, allowing the device to detect them. This system is used in open areas or deserts where radio transmission waves do not reach.

Passive Search: This technology works by detecting changes in the active electrostatic fields around metallic objects. This system allows for increased sensitivity and greater accuracy in locating metallic objects.

How do I use the RMS Technology on my VERTEX ADROIT?

First, install the RMS sensor and antenna as indicated. From the main interface, select RMS Technology.

For Active Search:

1. The RMS sensor must be installed in its designated position at the front of the device.

2. The transmitting antenna should be placed on the movable part.

For Passive Search:

1. Only the RMS sensor should be installed in its designated position.

2. Select what you wish to detect and press OK.

Starting the Search:

The detection will start immediately. Press the handle button in a location away from external influences and believed to be free of targets, so the device can begin automatic balancing. This can also be done manually with the arrows. Adjust sensitivity according to noise and external factors before walking. The device must be in a stable condition. Follow the target signal through the sound and screen indicators. The signal increases as you approach the target.

Note: When using the device in active search mode, the movement of the antenna does not indicate the direction of the target.

What do the indicators mean in RMS Technology mode on the VERTEX ADROIT?

1. Sensitivity Indicator: Adjust the sensitivity to a low value for general search and increase the number to locate the target when searching for specific objects.

2. Balance Indicator: It can be adjusted automatically using the handle button or manually using the arrows.

3. Signal Strength Indicator: The higher the indicator, the closer the target is. You can navigate between the balance and sensitivity settings using the Tab key.

Note: All external influences should be avoided, such as electric cables, high-voltage lines, mobile phone use, rings, and watches, as they may affect the accuracy of the results.

How do I use ADRI Technology on my VERTEX ADROIT?

For ADRI (Intelligent Dynamic Search) Technology, consider the following conditions for Active Search:

• Only the antenna should be installed.

• Hold the device properly, so the antenna is parallel to the ground.

• Orient the device towards the area to be explored.

• Start in a fixed position, without movement, for the first stage.

• Press the handle button to start searching immediately.

Search Process:

1. Hold the device and move towards the target search area. Wait for the signal indicated by the movement of the antenna.

2. When a target is detected, the device displays it on the screen with an interactive sound, then continues searching for all targets.

3. At the end of the search, the detected targets will appear. Navigate between them using the arrows. Press OK to begin tracking the desired target.

4. The device will emit an audible signal and show the starting point of the search.

How do I track a target using ADRI Technology on the VERTEX ADROIT?

1. Determine Direction: Manually rotate the antenna slowly, keeping the device’s position and angle the same, until a distinctive sound is heard and vibration is felt. This is the direction of the target. Rotate the device towards the target and press the handle button. Select the starting point (right or left) with the arrows and press OK.

2. Calculate Distance: An interactive arrow will appear, indicating you need to move 25 meters to the right or left, forming a 90-degree angle with the target direction. After walking 25 meters, hold the device and wait for the antenna reading.

• If the antenna detects the target, press the handle button. The distance to the target will be calculated, and a map of the area will be displayed. The device will then proceed to route tracking.

• If the antenna does not detect the target, the device will ask you to walk another 25 meters.

3. Route Tracking: Observe the target tracking indicators, sound alerts, and correction indicators. When the target is in the direction of the path, it appears at the center of the screen. If the antenna deviates, follow correction indicators. Walk until the antenna turns completely to the right or left. Stop and mark this as the first stop. Continue walking in the antenna’s direction until it turns completely again. Mark this as the second stop. The target is located at the center of the distance between these two stop points.

How do I measure the depth of a target with the VERTEX ADROIT using ADRI Technology?

After pinpointing the target location, move approximately 5 meters away from the target. Then, press the Accept (OK) button or the handle button. Wait until the depth determination is complete. The result will automatically appear on the screen, displaying:

1. Type of target.

2. Distance from the starting search point.

3. Depth.

What is MDRI Technology and what can it detect on the VERTEX ADROIT?

MDRI (Directed search technology with pre-localization) emits a frequency wave that activates the static electric field of a target. The antenna captures the reaction and orients itself toward the target. The device emits a sound that increases in speed as the antenna points toward the target.

Types of Targets: Tin, Iron, Bronze, Copper, Silver, Gold Nugget, Gold, Void, Water, Emerald, Diamond, Meteorite, Aluminum, Lead.

Distance: Up to 2500 meters.

Depth: Up to 25 meters (for metallic targets and gemstones). Up to 200 meters (for water).

Frequency shift: From 1% to 10% of the selected target’s frequency.

Note: It is necessary to confirm what has been selected before starting the search process.

How do I set up and start a search using MDRI Technology on the VERTEX ADROIT?

1. Make sure to install the antenna.

2. From the main menu, use the navigation key to select the MDRI technology and press Accept (OK).

3. Select the type of target you want to search for using the arrows.

4. Press the Tab key to move to the distance selection and choose the search distance.

5. Press the Tab key to move to the depth selection and choose the depth of the target.

6. Press the Tab key to move to the frequency shift selection (optional). It is recommended to leave it at 0 for a standard search.

7. Press the Tab key again, and a screen will appear to confirm the selected information before starting the search.

8. When you press the handle key, a message will appear to hold the device in the correct position (antenna parallel to the ground, arm in front of your chest). Press the handle key again when you are ready.

9. The user must walk southwards during the search, aligning with the Earth’s magnetic fields. The device will start emitting the signal.

How do I determine a target’s location using MDRI Technology on the VERTEX ADROIT?

There are two methods for determining the target location with MDRI Technology:

1. Line between two points method:

• During the walk, if the antenna turns to the extreme right or left, it means you have passed the target. Stop at that point, which is the first stopping point, and mark it.

• Turn back and wait for the antenna to stabilize. Walk in the opposite direction until the antenna turns again to the extreme right or left. This is the second stopping point.

• The target will be located at the midpoint between the first and second stopping points.

2. Square method:

• During the walk, when the antenna turns to the extreme right or left, stop and mark this as stop point 1.

• Turn in the direction of the antenna and walk until it turns again. This is stop point 2.

• Turn again towards the antenna and walk until it turns again. This is stop point 3.

• Turn once more towards the antenna and walk until it turns again. This is stop point 4.

• The target location is where lines drawn between stop point 1 & 3 and stop point 2 & 4 intersect.
