This quick start manual is prepared to help users to quickly understand the product’s operating method and display content. Please read the instruction manual beforehand for detailed usage, caution on product use, and safety information to use the pump correctly.

The TMX-1 for VD & PVD series installation involves the following parts: ① (Component 1), ② (Component 2), ③ (Component 3), ④ (Fastener, x1), ⑤ (Fasteners, x4).

Steps:

1. Assemble parts ①, ②, and ③ in sequence.

2. Secure this assembly using part ④ (x1 fastener).

3. Mount the assembled unit onto the main equipment.

4. Secure the unit to the main equipment using part ⑤ (x4 fasteners).

5. Connect to the pump as indicated in the diagram.

The installation involves parts: ① (Component 1), ② (Component 2), ④ (Fastener, x1), ⑤ (Fasteners, x4), after removing the baffle (which is part ③ in the standard assembly).

Steps:

1. Remove the baffle (part ③ from the standard TMX-1 assembly).

2. Assemble parts ① and ②.

3. Secure this assembly using part ④ (x1 fastener).

4. Mount the assembled unit onto the main equipment.

5. Secure the unit to the main equipment using part ⑤ (x4 fasteners).

6. Connect to the pump as indicated in the diagram.

The installation involves parts: ① (O-ring, may be reused), ② (Adapter plate), ③ (Fasteners, x4).

Steps:

1. Place part ① (O-ring) into the recess on the main equipment. This O-ring may be reused if applicable.

2. Place part ② (adapter plate) over part ①.

3. Secure part ② to the main equipment using part ③ (x4 fasteners).

4. Connect to the pump as indicated in the diagram.

Parts for TM-2 for VD-C: ① (Top Cap), ② (O-ring), ③ (O-ring), ④ (Lower Flange), ⑤ (M8x35L fasteners, x4), ⑥ (M8x25L fasteners, x4).

Steps:

1. Place O-ring (part ③) onto the groove of the lower flange (part ④).

2. Attach this lower flange assembly (parts ③ and ④) to the bottom of the TM-2 main body.

3. Secure this lower assembly using four M8x25L fasteners (part ⑥).

4. Place O-ring (part ②) onto the groove of the top cap (part ①).

5. Attach this top cap assembly (parts ① and ②) to the top of the TM-2 main body.

6. Secure this top assembly using four M8x35L fasteners (part ⑤).

7. Connect the assembled TM-2 unit to the pump system.

Parts for TM-2F for VD-C: ① (Top Inlet Adapter), ② (O-ring), ③ (Bottom Outlet Adapter), ④ (O-ring), ⑤ (M8x35L fasteners, x4), ⑥ (M8x25L fasteners, x8).

Steps (referencing generic TM-2F installation):

1. Place O-ring (part ④) on the bottom outlet adapter (part ③).

2. Attach this bottom adapter assembly to the lower port of the TM-2F filter body. Secure using four M8x25L fasteners (from part ⑥).

3. Insert the filter element into the TM-2F body.

4. Place O-ring (part ②) on the top inlet adapter (part ①).

5. Attach this top adapter assembly to the upper port of the TM-2F filter body. Secure using four M8x35L fasteners (part ⑤).

6. The remaining four M8x25L fasteners (from part ⑥) are likely for mounting the entire assembled unit or for other connections. Connect the unit into the VD-C system.

Parts for TM-2 for PKS: ① (Top Cap), ② (O-ring), ③ (O-ring), ④ (Lower Flange), ⑤ (M8x35L fasteners, x4), ⑥ (M8x25L fasteners, x4).

Steps:

1. Place O-ring (part ③) on the lower flange (part ④).

2. Attach the lower flange assembly (parts ③ and ④) to the bottom of the TM-2 main body.

3. Secure this lower assembly using four M8x25L fasteners (part ⑥).

4. Place O-ring (part ②) on the top cap (part ①).

5. Attach the top cap assembly (parts ① and ②) to the top of the TM-2 main body.

6. Secure this top assembly using four M8x35L fasteners (part ⑤).

7. Connect the assembled TM-2 unit to the pump in the PKS system.

Parts for TM-2F for PKS: ① (Top Inlet), ② (O-ring), ③ (Bottom Outlet), ④ (O-ring), ⑤ (M8x35L fasteners, x4), ⑥ (M8x25L fasteners, x4).

Steps:

1. Place O-ring (part ④) on the bottom outlet (part ③).

2. Attach this bottom outlet assembly to the lower port of the TM-2F filter body. Secure using four M8x25L fasteners (part ⑥).

3. Insert the filter element into the TM-2F body.

4. Place O-ring (part ②) on the top inlet (part ①).

5. Attach this top inlet assembly to the upper port of the TM-2F filter body. Secure using four M8x35L fasteners (part ⑤).

6. Connect the assembled TM-2F unit to the pump system for PKS application.

Parts for TM-3 for VS: ① (Top adapter), ② (O-ring), ③ (O-ring), ④ (Bottom adapter), ⑤ (M8x25L fasteners, x4), ⑥ (M10x30L fasteners, x4).

Steps:

1. Place O-ring (part ③) on the bottom adapter (part ④).

2. Attach this bottom assembly to the lower part of the TM-3 body. Secure using four M10x30L fasteners (part ⑥).

3. Place O-ring (part ②) on the top adapter (part ①).

4. Attach this top assembly to the upper part of the TM-3 body. Secure using four M8x25L fasteners (part ⑤).

5. Connect the assembled TM-3 unit into the VS system, typically to a pump as indicated.

Parts for TM-3F for VS: ① (Top adapter), ② (O-ring), ③ (Bottom adapter), ④ (O-ring), ⑤ (M8x25L fasteners, x4), ⑥ (M10x30L fasteners, x4), ⑦ (M10x40L fasteners, x4).

Steps:

1. Place O-ring (part ④) on the bottom adapter (part ③).

2. Attach this bottom adapter assembly to the lower port of the TM-3F filter body. Secure using four M10x40L fasteners (part ⑦).

3. Insert the filter element into the TM-3F body.

4. Place O-ring (part ②) on the top adapter (part ①).

5. Attach this top adapter assembly to the upper port of the TM-3F filter body. Secure using four M8x25L fasteners (part ⑤).

6. The M10x30L fasteners (part ⑥, x4) are likely for mounting the entire assembled unit. Connect the unit into the VS system.

Steps:

Steps:

1. Place O-ring (part ④) on the bottom adapter (part ③).

2. Attach this bottom adapter assembly to the lower port of the TM-3F filter body. Secure using four M10x40L fasteners (part ⑥).

3. Insert the filter element into the TM-3F body.

4. Place O-ring (part ②) on the top adapter (part ①).

5. Attach this top adapter assembly to the upper port of the TM-3F filter body. Secure using four M10x30L fasteners (from part ⑤).

6. The remaining four M10x30L fasteners (from part ⑤) are likely for mounting the entire assembled unit. Connect to the pump for PKS application.

Parts for TM-4 for VS: ① (Top adapter), ② (O-ring), ③ (O-ring), ④ (Bottom adapter), ⑤ (M8x25L fasteners, x4), ⑥ (M10x30L fasteners, x6).

Steps:

1. Place O-ring (part ③) on the bottom adapter (part ④).

2. Attach this bottom assembly to the lower part of the TM-4 body. Secure using the six M10x30L fasteners (part ⑥).

3. Place O-ring (part ②) on the top adapter (part ①).

4. Attach this top assembly to the upper part of the TM-4 body. Secure using the four M8x25L fasteners (part ⑤).

5. Connect the assembled TM-4 unit into the VS system, typically to a pump as indicated.

Parts for TM-4F for VS: ① (Top adapter), ② (O-ring), ③ (Bottom adapter), ④ (O-ring), ⑤ (M8x25L fasteners, x6), ⑥ (M10x30L fasteners, x6), ⑦ (M10x40L fasteners, x6).

Steps:

1. Place O-ring (part ④) on the bottom adapter (part ③).

2. Attach this bottom adapter assembly to the lower port of the TM-4F filter body. Secure using the six M10x40L fasteners (part ⑦).

3. Insert the filter element into the TM-4F body.

4. Place O-ring (part ②) on the top adapter (part ①).

5. Attach this top adapter assembly to the upper port of the TM-4F filter body. Secure using the six M8x25L fasteners (part ⑤).

6. The M10x30L fasteners (part ⑥, x6) are likely for mounting the entire assembled unit. Connect the unit into the VS system.

Parts for TM-4 for PKS: ① (Top adapter), ② (O-ring), ③ (O-ring), ④ (Bottom adapter), ⑤ (M10x30L fasteners, x16).

Steps:

1. Place O-ring (part ③) on the bottom adapter (part ④).

2. Attach this bottom assembly to the lower part of the TM-4 body. Secure using eight M10x30L fasteners (from part ⑤).

3. Place O-ring (part ②) on the top adapter (part ①).

4. Attach this top assembly to the upper part of the TM-4 body. Secure using the remaining eight M10x30L fasteners (from part ⑤).

5. Connect the assembled TM-4 unit to the pump for PKS application.

Parts for TM-4F for PKS: ① (Top adapter), ② (O-ring), ③ (Bottom adapter), ④ (O-ring), ⑤ (M10x30L fasteners, x16), ⑥ (M10x40L fasteners, x8).

Steps:

1. Place O-ring (part ④) on the bottom adapter (part ③).

2. Attach this bottom adapter assembly to the lower port of the TM-4F filter body. Secure using the eight M10x40L fasteners (part ⑥).

3. Insert the filter element into the TM-4F body.

4. Place O-ring (part ②) on the top adapter (part ①).

5. Attach this top adapter assembly to the upper port of the TM-4F filter body. Secure using eight M10x30L fasteners (from part ⑤).

6. The remaining eight M10x30L fasteners (from part ⑤) are likely for mounting the entire assembled unit. Connect to the pump for PKS application.
