Remove all exterior and interior packing.

Before connecting the appliance to the power source, let it stand upright for approximately 2 hours. This reduces the possibility of a malfunction in the cooling system caused by handling during transportation.

Clean the interior surface with lukewarm water using a soft cloth.

Install the handle on the door if it is not already attached.

Place the appliance on a floor strong enough to support it when it is fully loaded.

It is important that the SUMMIT APPLIANCE FFRF105W is leveled to work properly. Adjust the left and right front leveling feet to ensure the unit is on a horizontal level.

Turn the front leveling feet clockwise to increase the height of the unit.

Turn the front leveling feet counterclockwise to lower the height of the unit.

The SUMMIT APPLIANCE FFRF105W requires a standard 115/120 Volt AC, 60Hz three-prong grounded electrical outlet. It should be plugged into its own individual electrical outlet with a 15-ampere fuse or circuit breaker. The power cord is equipped with a three-prong plug to minimize the possibility of electrical shock. Do not under any circumstances cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the power cord. To reverse the door swing on the SUMMIT APPLIANCE FFRF105W, you will need a Phillips head screwdriver, a flat-head screwdriver, a putty knife, a 5/16 inch socket and ratchet, and masking tape. Follow these steps:

1. Unplug the appliance and remove all items from the door shelves and interior.

2. Remove the hinge hole cover from the top left side of the appliance.

3. Remove the upper hinge cover from the top right side. Remove the hinge screws and the upper hinge.

4. Lift the upper door off the cabinet and place it on a soft surface.

5. Unscrew the middle hinge screws and remove the middle hinge.

6. Remove the two hinge hold plugs, the screw, and the screw cap from the middle beam on the opposite side.

7. Remove the refrigerator door from the cabinet.

8. Carefully tip the unit back and remove the adjusting feet, lower hinge screws, and the lower hinge assembly.

9. Install the lower hinge assembly on the other side of the cabinet and reinstall the adjusting feet.

10. Dismantle the limit blocks and screws on the lower cover of the refrigerator and freezer doors and install them on the opposite side of both doors. Install the sleeve pipe on the upper cover of the refrigerator door on the other side.

11. Set the refrigerator door onto the lower hinge, then install the middle hinge and hinge hole caps.

12. Set the freezer door onto the middle hinge, then install the upper hinge to secure the freezer door.

13. Secure the hinge cover and hinge hole cover.

The control panel on the SUMMIT APPLIANCE FFRF105W features a SET key and five temperature settings. The settings cycle from 1 to 5 each time the SET key is pressed. Setting 1 is the coldest, while setting 5 is the least cold.

Do not rinse the appliance directly with water or other liquids to avoid short circuits.

1. Lift up the front of the glass shelf and pull it out.

2. Clean the shelf as needed.

3. Reinstall the shelf by placing the rear of the shelf into position first, then carefully lower the front into place.

The SUMMIT APPLIANCE FFRF105W uses an automatic defrosting function. Frost formed due to seasonal changes or temperature variations may also be removed manually by disconnecting the appliance from the power supply or by wiping with a dry towel.
