The earbuds will only power on when taken out of the case.
How do I put the earbuds back in the case?
To put the earbuds back in the case, the earhooks must be restored to LV1. The hook parts are adjustable; when returning them to the case, restore them to their original angle before storing.

- Double tap on the right earbud (R×2)
- Double tap on the left earbud (L×2)

- Enter pairing mode.
- Select “soundcore V20i” on your device.

What is the power delivered by the charger?
The power delivered by the charger must be between a minimum of 0.005 Watts and a maximum of 5 Watts to achieve the maximum charging speed.
What is the warranty information?
The product has an 18-month limited warranty. There is also a 12-month limited warranty for India.
What are the safety instructions?
- Do not disassemble.
- Keep out of the reach of children. The product contains small parts which may be a choking hazard.
- The battery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire, or the like.
- Do not use the product in environments with too high or too low temperatures, and never expose the product to strong sunshine or very wet environments.
- Ensure there is no liquid, sweat, or water on the charging port when charging.
- Refer to the user manual for the earphones’ waterproof level and follow the corresponding instructions.
- For IPX4: Do not expose earphones to dripping or splashing water.
- For IPX4, IPX5, and IPX6: Do not submerge earphones in water.
What are the hearing safety guidelines?
- To avoid hearing damage, do not listen for extended periods at high volume.
- Do not turn the volume so high that you’re unable to hear your surroundings.
- Do not use earphones while driving.
- Exercise caution or temporarily discontinue use in potentially hazardous situations.
What is the notice regarding magnetic field interference?
The product generates stronger permanent magnetic fields that could cause interference with cardiac pacemakers, implanted defibrillators (ICDs) and other implants. Maintain a distance of at least 3.94″/10 cm between the product component containing the magnet (earbuds and charging case) and the cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or other implant.
What is the warning regarding the button cell or coin battery?
- This product contains a button cell or coin battery.
- Keep new and used batteries out of reach of children.
- Death or serious injury can occur if ingested.
- A swallowed button cell or coin battery can cause internal chemical burns in as little as 2 hours.
- If a battery is suspected to be swallowed or inserted inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
