Download the Soundcore app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to experience the full range of features such as gaming mode, Find Device, EQ tuning, firmware updates, and more.

If your earbuds cannot connect with the Soundcore app, re-install the app or update it to the latest version in your mobile app store.

The earbuds come with multiple sizes of ear tips (S, M, L). Choose the ear tips that fit your ears best.

1. Tear off the insulation sticker on the earbuds before first use.

2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and close it.

• Fully dry off the earbuds and the USB-C charging port before charging.

3. Connect the charging case to the power supply by using a certified USB-C charging cable.

• Fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case before the first use.

It takes up to 2 hours to fully charge the earbuds and charging case.

A 10-minute charge provides approximately 2 hours of playtime.

Open the charging case and take the earbuds out of the case. They will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Select “soundcore R50i / P20i / P25i *” on your device’s Bluetooth list when connecting for the first time.

*The device name may vary depending on the region.

To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, take the earbuds out of the case, then tap and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 3 seconds.

You can use the touchpads on the earbuds to control various functions. Here are the default controls:

You can also customize controls in the soundcore app.

To power off, return the earbuds to the charging case and close it. The earbuds will automatically power off after 30 minutes if they are not connected.

Reset if the earbuds have issues pairing with each other or with other devices.

1. Delete the pairing history from your Bluetooth device first.

2. Take the earbuds out of the case.

3. Within one minute of the earbuds powering on, tap and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound.

During the reset, the LEDs on the earbuds will flash white rapidly for 4 seconds, then show steady white for 4 seconds before turning off.

Flashing white: Indicates pairing mode or an action like reset is in progress.

Steady white: Indicates the earbuds/case are charging or fully charged (depending on context), or an action like reset confirmation.

During reset: The earbud LEDs flash white rapidly for 4 seconds, then stay steady white for 4 seconds.

You will be informed once the new version of firmware is detected when you connect the earbuds with the Soundcore app.

Ensure the earbuds are placed in the charging case and the case remains open until the firmware update is completed.

During the update, ensure the earbuds are being charged and avoid any usage.
