Risk of personal injury:

• Do not insert pointed metal objects (cutlery or utensils) into the slots in the appliance.

• Do not try to repair the appliance yourself or without the intervention of a qualified technician.

• If the power supply cable is damaged, contact technical support immediately and they will replace it.

• Ensure that the appliance is switched off before replacing the bulb.

• Do not rest any weight or sit on the open door of the appliance.

• Take care that no objects are stuck in the doors.

• Do not use abrasive or corrosive detergents on glass parts (e.g. powder products, stain removers and metallic sponges).

• Use wooden or plastic utensils.

• Do not sit on the appliance.

• Do not use steam jets for cleaning the appliance.

• Do not obstruct ventilation openings and heat dispersal slots.

• Never leave the appliance unattended during cooking operations where fats or oils could be released.

• Never leave objects on the cooking surface.

• Do not use the appliance to heat rooms for any reason.

This appliance is intended for cooking food in the home environment. Every other use is considered improper. This appliance may be used by children aged at least 8 and by people of reduced physical and mental capacity, or lacking in experience in the use of electrical appliances, as long as they are supervised or instructed by adults who are responsible for their safety. The appliance is not designed to operate with external timers or with remote-control systems.

This appliance must be disposed of separately from other waste. To dispose of the appliance:

• Cut the power supply cable and remove it along with the plug.

• Disconnect the main power supply.

• Disconnect the power cable from the electrical system.

• Consign the appliance to the appropriate selective collection centres for electrical and electronic equipment waste, or deliver it back to the retailer when purchasing an equivalent product, on a one for one basis.

The main components are:

1. Control panel

2. Oven light

3. Seal

4. Door

5. Fan

6. Rack/tray support frames

• Temperature knob (1): Allows you to select the cooking temperature, cooking time, and set programmed cooking and time.

• Display (2): Shows the current time, cooking temperature, settings for programmed cooking, and the timer.

• Function knob (3): Selects the oven’s various cooking functions. After selecting a function, you set the temperature with the temperature knob.

Note: Some models are not provided with all accessories.

• Rack: Useful for supporting containers with food during cooking.

• Tray rack: To be placed over the top of the oven tray for cooking foods which may drip.

• Deep tray: Useful for collecting fat from foods placed on the rack above and for cooking pies, pizzas, and baked desserts.

1. Remove any protective film from the outside or inside of the appliance, including accessories.

2. Remove any labels (apart from the technical data plate) from the accessories and from the cooking compartment.

3. Remove and wash all the appliance accessories (see Cleaning and maintenance section).

4. Heat the empty oven at the maximum temperature to burn off any residues left by the manufacturing process.

Racks and trays must be inserted into the side guides until they come to a complete stop. The mechanical safety locks that prevent the rack from being taken out accidentally must face downwards and towards the oven back. Gently insert racks and trays into the oven until they come to a stop. It is also recommended to clean the trays before using them for the first time to remove any manufacturing residues.

1. Select the cooking function using the function knob.

2. Select the temperature using the temperature knob.

• Convection (Static): Heat comes from above and below. Suitable for cooking one dish at a time. Perfect for roasts, bread, cakes, and fatty meats like goose and duck.

• Static grill (Grill): Heat from the grill element provides perfect grilling for thin and medium thickness meat. Ideal for sausages, ribs, and bacon.

• Fan assisted (Fan-assisted static): Combines the fan with traditional cooking for uniform results, even with complex recipes. Perfect for biscuits and cakes on several levels (2nd and 4th shelves recommended).

• Fan grill (Fan-assisted grill): The fan softens the strong heat from the grill, perfect for grilling very thick foods like a shin of pork.

• Fan forced (Fan-assisted circular): Combines the fan and circular rear element to cook different foods on several levels simultaneously without mixing odours and flavours.

• Supercook (Turbo): Combines fan-assisted and traditional cooking to cook different foods on several levels extremely quickly. Perfect for large volumes requiring intense cooking.

• Energy-saving cooking (Eco): Uses the grill and lower heating element for low energy consumption cooking on a single shelf.

General advice:

• Use a fan-assisted function for uniform cooking at several levels.

• Do not increase the temperature to shorten cooking times, as this can overcook the outside and undercook the inside.

For cooking meat:

• Use a meat thermometer or press the roast with a spoon. If it’s hard, it’s ready.

• For grilling, you can place meat in a cold or preheated oven.

• For the Fan-assisted grill function, preheat the oven before grilling.

• Place food at the center of the rack.

For desserts and biscuits:

• Use dark metal moulds to absorb heat better.

• To check if a dessert is done, insert a toothpick into the highest point; if it comes out clean, the dessert is cooked.

• If a dessert collapses, reduce the temperature by about 10°C on the next occasion and use a longer cooking time.

For defrosting and proving:

• Place frozen foods in a lidless container on the first shelf. Avoid overlapping food.

• For defrosting meat, use the rack on the second level and a tray on the first level.

• Cover delicate parts with aluminum foil.

• For proving, place a container of water in the bottom of the oven.

• Stop cooking a few minutes before the time normally used. Cooking will continue with the residual heat accumulated inside the oven.

• Reduce any opening of the door to a minimum to avoid heat dispersal.

• Keep the inside of the appliance clean at all times.

On first use, or after a power failure, `00:00` will flash on the display. To start any cooking function, the current time must be set.

1. Turn the temperature knob right or left to increase or decrease the displayed time. Keep it in the turned position to change the time more rapidly.

2. To change the time later (e.g., for daylight saving), ensure the oven is in Stand-by mode (function knob at O). Hold the temperature knob turned to the right or left until the value changes. You cannot change the time if the oven is ON.

Timed cooking allows a cooking operation to start and then end after a specific length of time.

1. After selecting a cooking function and temperature, press the temperature knob twice. The display shows `00:00` and the timed cooking indicator light flashes.

2. Turn the knob right or left to set the cooking duration from 00:01 to 12:59.

3. A few seconds after setting the duration, the indicator light stops flashing and timed cooking starts.

4. At the end of the cooking time, `STOP` appears on the display and a buzzer sounds. Press the temperature knob to deactivate it.

Programmed cooking allows an operation to stop at a specific time you set.

1. After selecting a function and temperature, press the temperature knob twice to set the cooking duration. The display shows `00:00` and the timed cooking indicator light flashes.

2. Turn the knob to set the cooking duration (from 00:01 to 12:59).

3. A few seconds later, the indicator light stops flashing.

4. Press the temperature knob again. The delayed start indicator light flashes. Turn the knob right or left to set the desired cooking end time.

5. After a few seconds, both indicator lights stop flashing, and the appliance will wait for the calculated start time to begin cooking.

6. At the end of the cooking time, `STOP` appears on the display. Press the temperature knob to deactivate the buzzer.

For Timed Cooking:

1. While the appliance is in the cooking phase (timed cooking indicator is steady), press the temperature knob twice. The indicator light will start flashing.

2. Turn the temperature knob right or left to alter the preset cooking time.

For Programmed Cooking:

1. While the appliance is waiting to start, press the temperature knob. The timed cooking indicator will start flashing.

2. Turn the temperature knob to alter the preset cooking time.

3. Press the temperature knob again. The delayed start indicator will start flashing. The display shows the cooking end time.

4. Turn the temperature knob to delay the cooking end time.

5. After a few seconds, the new settings are saved and the appliance will restart its operation with the new settings.

This function only activates the buzzer and does not stop cooking.

1. Press the temperature knob. The display shows `00:00` and the minute minder indicator light flashes.

2. Turn the knob right or left to set the duration (from 1 minute to 4 hours).

3. After a few seconds, the indicator light stops flashing and the countdown starts.

4. When the time is over, a buzzer will sound. Press the temperature knob to stop the buzzer.

5. After stopping the buzzer, you can turn the knob again to select a further minute minder time.

The secondary menu allows you to activate/deactivate Child Lock, Showroom mode, and Low Power mode.

To access the menu, the appliance must be in Stand-By status:

1. Press and hold the temperature knob down for at least 5 seconds.

2. Turn the temperature knob right or left to change the setting status (ON/OFF) for the displayed mode.

3. Press the temperature knob to move to the next mode.

• Child Lock mode (P 1:On / P 1:OF): Automatically locks the controls after one minute of inactivity. The child lock indicator light will be on during normal operation. To temporarily release the lock, hold the temperature knob down for 5 seconds.

• Showroom mode (P 2:On / P 2:OF): For exhibitors only. Deactivates all heating elements while keeping the control panel active. To use the appliance normally, set this to OFF.

• Low Power mode (P 3:HI / P 3:LO): Limits the power used by the appliance. HI is normal power, LO is low power.

The times indicated in the table do not include preheating times and are provided as a guide only.

1. Open the door completely and insert two pins into the holes on the hinges as indicated in the manual’s figure.

2. Grasp the door on both sides with both hands, lift it forming an angle of around 30° and remove it.

To reassemble the door:

1. Put the hinges in the relevant slots in the oven, making sure that grooved sections A are resting completely in the slots.

2. Lower the door and once it is in place, remove the pins from the holes in the hinges.

1. Remove the internal glass panel by pulling the rear part gently upwards, following the movement indicated by the arrows (1).

2. Then, pull the front part upwards (2). This will detach the 4 pins from their housings in the oven door.

3. If your model has an intermediate glass panel, remove it by lifting it upwards.

4. Clean the external glass panel and the panels you removed. Use absorbent kitchen roll. For stubborn dirt, wash with a damp sponge and neutral detergent.

5. Refit the panels in the reverse order they were removed.

6. To reposition the internal glass panel, centre it and insert the 4 pins into their housings by applying slight pressure.

Preliminary operations (do this when the oven is cold):

1. Completely remove all accessories from inside the oven.

2. Pour approx. 40 cc of water onto the floor of the oven cavity, ensuring it does not overflow.

3. Spray a water and washing up liquid solution inside the oven using a spray nozzle. Direct the spray against the side walls, upwards, downwards, and towards the deflector. It is recommended to spray approx. 20 times at the most.

4. Close the door.

Vapor Clean Setting:

1. Turn the function knob and the temperature knob to the Vapor Clean symbol.

2. Set a cooking time of 18 minutes using the “Programmed cooking” procedure.

3. The Vapor Clean cycle starts approximately 6 seconds after the last key press.

End of the Vapor Clean cycle:

1. At the end of the cycle, the timer will deactivate the heating elements, a buzzer will sound, and the numbers on the dial will flash.

2. Open the door and wipe away less stubborn dirt with a microfibre cloth.

3. Use an anti-scratch sponge with brass filaments for tougher encrustations.

4. For grease residues, use specific oven cleaning products.

5. Remove any water left inside the oven.

6. For improved hygiene, it is recommended to dry the oven using a fan-assisted function at 160°C for approximately 10 minutes.

Preliminary Operations:

• Remove any food residues or large spills from inside the oven.

• Switch off any burners or electric hot plates of a hob installed above the oven.

• Clean the internal glass panel following the usual cleaning instructions.

• For very stubborn encrustations on the glass, spray an oven cleaning product, leave for 60 minutes, then rinse and dry.

• Completely remove all accessories (racks, trays, support frames, upper guard) from inside the oven.

• Close the door.

Pyrolysis Setting:

1. Turn the function knob to the P or ECO P symbol.

2. Press the temperature knob to start the pyrolysis cycle. The indicator light comes on.

3. Turn the temperature knob to set the cleaning cycle duration from a minimum of 2 hours to a maximum of 3 hours (ECO P function is fixed at 120 minutes). Recommended durations are: Light dirt: 120 mins; Medium dirt: 150 mins; Heavy dirt: 180 mins.

4. Press the temperature knob to start the cycle. The display shows “Pyro”.

During and After Pyrolysis:

• Two minutes after the cycle starts, the door will lock automatically.

• During the cycle, the fans produce more noise; this is normal.

• At the end of the cycle, the door remains locked until the internal temperature returns to a safe level.

• Once the oven has cooled down, collect the residues inside with a damp microfibre cloth.

First, disconnect the oven power supply.

1. Completely remove all accessories from inside the oven.

2. Remove the racks/trays support frames.

3. Remove the bulb cover using a tool (e.g. a screwdriver).

For Incandescent lamps:

4. Unscrew and remove the lamp.

5. Replace the lamp with one of the same type (25W).

For Halogen lamps:

4. Slide out and remove the lamp. Do not touch the new halogen lamp directly with your fingers; wrap it in an insulating material.

5. Replace the lamp with one of the same type (40W).

To finish:

6. Refit the cover correctly, so that the moulded part of the glass is facing the door.

7. Press the cover completely down so that it attaches perfectly to the bulb support.

• Check the mains power supply.

• Check whether an omnipolar switch upstream of the appliance supply line is in the “ON” position.

Check whether it has been set in “showroom” mode. You can find instructions for checking and deactivating this mode in the “Secondary menu” section.

Check whether the oven has been set in “child lock” mode. You can find instructions for deactivating this mode in the “Secondary menu” section.

Check whether the oven has been set in “low power” mode. You can find instructions for deactivating this mode in the “Secondary menu” section.

Verify whether the door locking device has deactivated. The oven has a safety device that does not allow functions to be selected while the door is locked. This is because the temperature inside the oven is still too high to permit cooking. Wait for the oven to cool down further.

The display shows “ERR4” when the door lock has not properly attached to the door. This might be because the door was accidentally opened during the door lock activation. To resolve this, switch the oven off and on again, waiting a few minutes before selecting a new cleaning cycle.

This is not a fault. It is a normal safety operation of the appliance to prevent excessive heat from escaping. When the door is closed, the fan will return to normal operation.
