What are the guidelines for connecting the colour coded cables to the pads on the SLENDERTONE OPTIMUM?
When placing the pads, ALWAYS ensure that the two pads FROM THE SAME COLOUR CODED CABLE are used to massage the muscles on one side of your body and that the two pads from ANOTHER COLOUR CODED LEAD are used on the other side of your body.
Does it matter which pad is attached to the red or black connector on the SLENDERTONE OPTIMUM?
It is not important which pad is attached to which connector (red/black).
Are the SLENDERTONE OPTIMUM pad positions suitable for both men and women?
Men and women may use all pad positions.
Is limb security required for certain positions when using the SLENDERTONE OPTIMUM?
Some of the positions require you to secure the limbs being exercised. How you secure the limbs is indicated with a figure beside the photograph in the manual.
