Follow these steps to set up your SKYMSEN FWD1-33:
– Place your new heated display case on a firm, solid surface. If you put it on something unsteady, it may fall and be damaged.
– Make sure it is turned off, in the “desligado” position.
– Before using your oven, check if the power supply from your location matches the power adapter in your equipment.
– Use your heated display case with the supplied AC power within 127 V – 230 V AC in a grounded outlet.
What is the procedure for the first-time use of the SKYMSEN FWD1-33?
For the first use, follow this procedure to allow the heated display case to warm up properly:
1. Set the thermostat switch “OFF” or “DESLIGADO”.
2. Keep your heated display case empty and set the thermostat switch at the highest position for two (2) hours. This will allow the display case to warm up before its first use.
3. Remove the protecting cover from the element. The heating part in your equipment.
For future uses, you just need to set the thermostat switch at the desired temperature position, and it will automatically regulate its operation.
How do I set and interpret the thermostat switch on the SKYMSEN FWD1-33?
The thermostat switch is used to control the temperature. The reference for its initial position is the red Flash light. Every painted graduation on the dial corresponds to approximately 33°F.
Example: Setting the thermostat switch at the 3rd position, the operational temperature would be approximately 99°F.
The indicator light works as follows:
– Flash Light ON means the heating element is on.
– Flash Light OFF means the temperature inside the chamber matches the degree you have set and the heating element is off.
How should I clean the SKYMSEN FWD1-33 heated display case?
To clean the unit safely, follow these steps:
1. Always clean the machine after work ends. SWITCH IT OFF, AND TAKE OUT THE PLUG FROM THE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY SOCKET. Never clean the machine before it is completely stopped.
2. Make sure your oven is turned off and disconnected from a wall outlet.
3. Set the thermostat switch to the off (“Desligado”) position.
4. Remove the power cord from the wall outlet.
