Follow these steps to set up your SKYMSEN FWD1-33:

– Place your new heated display case on a firm, solid surface. If you put it on something unsteady, it may fall and be damaged.

– Make sure it is turned off, in the “desligado” position.

– Before using your oven, check if the power supply from your location matches the power adapter in your equipment.

– Use your heated display case with the supplied AC power within 127 V – 230 V AC in a grounded outlet.

For the first use, follow this procedure to allow the heated display case to warm up properly:

1. Set the thermostat switch “OFF” or “DESLIGADO”.

2. Keep your heated display case empty and set the thermostat switch at the highest position for two (2) hours. This will allow the display case to warm up before its first use.

3. Remove the protecting cover from the element. The heating part in your equipment.

For future uses, you just need to set the thermostat switch at the desired temperature position, and it will automatically regulate its operation.

The thermostat switch is used to control the temperature. The reference for its initial position is the red Flash light. Every painted graduation on the dial corresponds to approximately 33°F.

Example: Setting the thermostat switch at the 3rd position, the operational temperature would be approximately 99°F.

The indicator light works as follows:

– Flash Light ON means the heating element is on.

– Flash Light OFF means the temperature inside the chamber matches the degree you have set and the heating element is off.

To clean the unit safely, follow these steps:

1. Always clean the machine after work ends. SWITCH IT OFF, AND TAKE OUT THE PLUG FROM THE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY SOCKET. Never clean the machine before it is completely stopped.

2. Make sure your oven is turned off and disconnected from a wall outlet.

3. Set the thermostat switch to the off (“Desligado”) position.

4. Remove the power cord from the wall outlet.

5. It is recommended to clean the body with a soft cloth lightly moistened with a mild detergent solution.

6. Fit all machine components back in their due places before switching it on again.

Important: Do not use any type of solvent or abrasive material, which may damage the equipment.

The SKYMSEN FWD1-33 is a professional equipment. Keep it away from children and pets. It is built with glass, stainless steel, and electronic devices.

Electrical Devices:

– Your heated display case must be plugged into a grounded outlet only. Skyfood shall not be responsible for any damages caused by plugging this product into a not-grounded outlet or plug.

– An electric cable or electric wire with a damaged jacket or bad insulation could cause electrical shocks as well as an electrical leak. Before use, check the conditions of all wires and cables.

– The electric cable has to be compatible with the power required by the machine. Cables touching the floor or close to the machine need to be protected against short circuits.

Glass:

– Do not use your heated display case if there is broken glass or missing parts.

– Clean it carefully wearing resistant gloves and use a soft cloth and mild detergent solution.

– In case of broken glass, avoid contact with spare parts of glass. Remove it carefully wearing appropriate gloves and dispose of it properly to avoid contact and the risk of injury.

Stainless Steel:

– Stainless steel with folded edges helps to prevent cuts.

Dangerous Parts

Some parts of the electric devices are connected to high voltage points. These parts when touched may cause severe electrical shocks or even be fatal. Never touch commands such as buttons, switches, and knobs with wet hands, wet clothes and/or shoes. By not following these instructions, the operator could be exposed to severe electrical shocks or even to a fatal situation.

Warnings

The operator has to be well familiar with the position of the ON/OFF Switch to make sure the Switch is easy to be reached when necessary. Provide space for a comfortable operation thus avoiding accidents. Water or oil spilled on the floor will turn it slippery and dangerous. Make sure the floor is clean and dry. Before giving any manual command (switch, buttons, turn keys, or lever) be sure the command is the correct one. If any work is to be made by two or more persons, coordination signs will have to be given for each operation step. Every step of the operation shall be taken only if the sign has been made and responded.

Advices

In case of power shortage, immediately turn the machine OFF. Use recommended or equivalent lubricants, oils, or greases. Avoid mechanical shocks as they may cause failures or malfunction. Avoid penetration of water, dirt, or dust into mechanical or electrical components of the machine. DO NOT modify original characteristics of the machine. DO NOT remove, tear off, or maculate any labels stuck on the machine. If any label has been removed or is no longer legible, contact your nearest dealer for replacement.

Dangers: Any maintenance is dangerous if made with the machine switched on. SWITCH IT OFF AND TAKE OUT THE PLUG FROM THE SOCKET, DURING ALL THE MAINTENANCE OPERATION.

Important: In any emergency situation, always take the plug out of its socket.

Advices: Electrical or mechanical maintenance shall be made by qualified persons. The person in charge of the maintenance performances shall check the machine works under TOTAL SAFETY CONDITIONS.
