  3. If necessary, press both temperature buttons (+/–) (2) at the same time to change the temperature unit (°C/°F). The temperature unit icon (12) shows your current selection.
  4. Press the temperature buttons (+/–) to select another operating temperature between 120 and 230 °C (240 and 450 °F) (12 settings). The product heats up or cools down to the selected operating temperature. The change in temperature shows in the temperature indicator.
  5. Wait until the selected operating temperature stays lit in the temperature indicator. This indicates that the product has reached the required operating temperature and is ready for use.
  6. If necessary, press the on/off button ( ) (3) twice consecutively to lock the temperature buttons (+/–). This prevents accidental change of operating temperature during use.
