When operating the SCARLETT SC-SI30K52, follow these important safeguards:

Check that the voltage on the rating label matches your home mains voltage before the first use.

The appliance is for home use only; do not use it for industrial purposes or outdoors.

Always unplug the iron when filling with water, emptying, or when not in use.

Before cleaning, ensure the SCARLETT SC-SI30K52 is unplugged and completely cooled down. Do not use abrasive cleaners on any part of the device. After each use, empty the water tank and allow the iron to cool before wrapping the cord around the heel rest. Store the iron in an upright position on its heel rest to protect the soleplate.

To perform self-cleaning on the SCARLETT SC-SI30K52, follow these steps:

1. Fill the water reservoir to the maximum level and close it.

2. Set the temperature control to its maximum position.

4. Hold the iron horizontally over a sink and set the variable steam control to “SELF CLEAN”.
