The labeler is designed to be used with 3/8 inch or 1/2 inch wide tape.

1. Lift the handle cover located at the top of the handle.

2. Before placing the tape roll into the tape compartment, pull several inches of tape out and feed it by hand into the braille labeling guide.

3. Place the vinyl labeling tape into the tape compartment located in the handle.

4. Close the handle cover. The labeler is ready to print.

1. Rotate the circular braille disc to select the braille letter or number until it sits in the opening of the labeling guide. Use the letters and numbers imprinted on the lower disc to identify corresponding braille signs.

2. Firmly squeeze and then release the trigger on the handle to make an impression of the selected character. In order to create a blank space or to advance the tape, lightly squeeze the trigger until you hear an audible click, then release the trigger.

1. Rotate the circular braille disc until the rectangle shape sits in the opening of the labeling guide.

2. Firmly squeeze and then release the trigger on the handle to cut the Labeling tape.

3. Advance the labeling tape (lightly squeeze the trigger until you hear an audible click, then release the trigger) several spaces to remove the cut tape.

1. Remove the labeling tape from the labeler by opening the handle cover at the top of the handle.

2. Firmly hold the circular braille disc on both sides and pull the circular braille disk approximately 1/4 inch away from the handle.

3. Lift up the circular braille disk and remove.

1. Align the small tab located at the bottom of the circular braille disk with the labeling guide and gently push the disk toward the handle until it snaps back into position.

2. Load the vinyl labeling tape into the labeler by opening the handle cover at the top of the handle.
