For a deep clean of the PUFFCO PIVOT’s 3D Chamber and Mouthpiece, follow these steps:
1. Detach the quick-release 3D Chamber and Mouthpiece from the Base.
2. Submerge the chamber in 90%+ isopropyl alcohol for 20 minutes.
3. Turn the chamber upside down and let it air-dry completely before reattaching.
Important: Do not rinse with water. Allow the chamber to cool completely before handling. Isopropyl alcohol is highly flammable; let the chamber air-dry completely before reattaching.
How do I clean the base of my PUFFCO PIVOT?
To clean the base of the PUFFCO PIVOT:
1. Detach the quick-release 3D Chamber and Mouthpiece from the Base.
2. Use a cotton swab soaked in 90%+ iso to gently clean the thread block.
3. Allow all components to air-dry completely before reattaching.
Important: DO NOT rinse or submerge the base in liquid.
How do I remove or reinsert the 3D Chamber from the PUFFCO PIVOT mouthpiece?
To remove the 3D Chamber from the Pivot Mouthpiece, open the top and gently push the metal chamber up from the bottom using a soft tool, such as the silicone end of a Hot Knife. Do not use a sharp or metal object, as this may damage the chamber.
How does Boost Mode work on the PUFFCO PIVOT?
Boost Mode on the PUFFCO PIVOT increases the time and temperature of your hit by 15 seconds and 18°F. To activate it, double-click to start the heat cycle, and then double-click again once the desired temperature has been reached.
How do I check the battery life on my PUFFCO PIVOT?
To check the battery level on your PUFFCO PIVOT, triple-click the button. The light will indicate the remaining charge: Green (Full), Orange (Half), or Red (Low).
